Newport Beach Pier, the ferry to Balboa Island, and the chic shops and restaurants of Lido Marina Village are all nearby as well.

Your outdoor space at home includes a large enclosed front patio with modern coastal decor and comfy seating, a dining table, and a gas grill, perfect for impromptu cookouts. Inside, you'll find a bright, beachy space with hardwood floors, crisp white walls, and pretty pops of blue. The picture windows let in lots of natural light, and the open layout makes it easy to gather together. The full kitchen offers everything the chef needs to whip up a meal, and you can dine together at the corner dining nook. Great place and great location

We enjoyed staying at this property! So close to the beach. Perfect space for my family with a great front porch. A designated parking spot was a huge bonus on a crowded week in Newport.

Such a great house!

Walkable to everything, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Fireplace was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet for some great nights of sleep.

Well stocked and clean

This was a very nice location. The AC units were noisy but other than that we would stay here again. The remodel was done very well and the beds were great!

Newport Beach Cottage Stay

Very cute little house, perfect for 6 people max. Needs some maintenance on the A/C units, showers and garage doors, but the location is spectacular and all the amenities are provided.

it was clean and close to the beach, parking was easy and overall great property for our family of 5. The only thing i wish is that it had more towels, some beach toys and extra blankets. Other than that it is in a great area of Newport beach

Nice and quiet

Overall good stay. Clean, easy to check in and utilize the space. Having the parking pad in the back is a huge bonus as street parking is often not available close by. Garages available but tight for an SUV but pad worked well.

Cozy house in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach over a long Labor Day weekend. We really appreciated the air conditioning and the fact that that this was a single story home without another group above us. Everything was clean, check-in was easy, and we weren't missing anything we needed. Thanks for a great experience!

This is a great little house, very clean and the location, just a few houses from the beach, is ideal. My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay. One thing to note is that none of the bedrooms has a desk, but other than that, the house met all of our needs and we'd love to come back.

This Newport Coastal Charm did not disappoint. Everything was recently updated and very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a great vacation. We appreciated the convenient location to the sand. We will come back!

Great beach house

Very nice home less than a block from the beach. 3 bedrooms, a pull out couch. Enough space for 5-6 adults. It was very nice to have space to park a bike and scooters between the house and the garage. It was also wonderful to have laundry attached to the garage. We had a lovely time.

Great beach cottage

Loved our stay! Everything worked as advertised. Very clean with the exception of the floors, could have used a better mopping. Garage is tight if you have bigger vehicles, but we could park on the pad of the garage and also found parking on the street. Would definitely stay again, hopefully longer next time.

Loved the location! The home decor was nicely done, very inviting. Crisp and clean bedding was wonderful! Should note that the garage parking is very narrow, extremely difficult to fit the SUV that we had rented.Could have supplied more paper products-such as toilet paper (only 1 spare roll found in each bathroom) kitchen had 2 rolls of paper toweling, a third one would have gone the distance. Lastly the cutlery was missing smaller spoons for smaller mouths.

Perfect spot to enjoy Newport Beach

House was lovely. Perfectly fit four adults and our baby. Location could not have been better! We brought our bikes, highly recommend, but so much in walking distance as well. Comfortable and clean home. Front outdoor area was amazing. Lovely neighbors. The garages are quite small so if you have a large SUV plan on parking behind them - plenty of space there. We will definitely rent this house again. Miss it already!

Cute house but VACASA is horrible

We always stay in Newport yearly. Never used vacasa until this year. The house is cute, smaller for my liking but very cute. Street is nice and close to the beach. The house was dirty, the AC units had black (looked like mold) in all the vents. We had issues with no electricity in the back part of the house . My husband found the fuse box and fixed it. Vacasa was supposed to have someone come and fix the garage door because it didn’t work. We never did get it fixed so therefore we didn’t have 3 parking spots. They sent a Stanley steamer to come clean the AC. I waited two days for him and when he arrived he said he only cleans AC ducts! I could go on about the horrible customer service. I would NOT book through Vacasa. They don’t care about their customers. The manager Courtney was supposed to help and get back to us but she blew us off and will not return our calls. Once they have your money they will not provide good customer service. It’s a shame because this house is cute.
