Island Point is a waterfront, 3-story lake house vacation home with an elevator and 270 degree open water views of the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ and Texas Hill Country. Island Point greets you with a wall of windows and lake views. Island Point is located in a gated, golf-course community. A Bennington Tritoon boat is available to rent steps away in the marina.

Island Point Lake House is located on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) in Kingsland, Texas, which is 45 miles northwest of Austin in the Texas Hill Country. Island Point is located in Clearwater Harbor, a gated residential neighborhood nestled in The Legends on Lake LBJ, a waterfront golf community. When entering The Legends on Lake LBJ, Clearwater Harbor is the second gated community approximately 0.4 miles on the right.

Lake LBJ stretches for 21 miles and is the largest constant level lake in Texas, attracting visitors from all corners of Texas and around the country.
