A wall-mounted 43-inch smart TV with Roku streaming in the living room gives you easy access to your favorite shows and apps after a full day outdoors. No gaming console or DVD player, but the real entertainment here is the fire pit under the stars.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for home-cooked meals. You'll find a full suite of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, baking pan, and cookie sheet, plus mixing bowls, a blender, toaster, mixer, and coffee maker. Dishware, glassware (including wine glasses), and utensils are provided per guest. A dishwasher rounds things out for easy cleanup after dinner.

Guest Access:

Check-in is easy and fully self-guided. The smartlock is located at the front door, and a code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. The host is available should you have any questions during your stay but will otherwise give you your space to enjoy the retreat fully.



Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the paved driveway at no extra charge. Please note that the driveway is long and narrow, and 4-wheel drive is recommended, particularly in winter conditions. Road salt and a snow shovel are provided on-site during winter months.

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ Stairs required to access both upstairs bedrooms - 13 steps total

★ 4 steps to reach the front door entrance

★ Narrow driveway - 4-wheel drive recommended, especially in winter

★ No air conditioning - plan accordingly for warm-weather visits

★ Property is on a well and septic system

★ No alarm system on site

★ Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed throughout



The home does not have central air conditioning, which is typical in the Deep Creek Lake area. Summer stays are shaped by the mountain lake climate, with warm days outdoors and naturally cooler evenings supported by fans and open-air ventilation throughout the home.
