Shawnee Pines #2 - Studio

This memorable studio is the perfect home base for your trip to Golconda. Guests will enjoy a welcoming living room featuring two queen beds and a bunk bed, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The apartment includes one nice bathroom equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re coming to explore or just to recharge, this awesome spot provides a comfortable and cozy retreat. We think our place will help you experience everything Golconda has to offer.

SMOKING: We have a very clear NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke in the cabin/house/apartment or around the doors and windows, you will be charged a $1000 fine. We provide an ashtray for smoking outside with windows and doors closed. Please do not throw cigarettes in the yard.

PETS: We are allowing dogs on a case-by-case basis. If you leave any messes or the dog destroy anything, you will be charged up to $1000 for damages and extra cleaning. Dogs are to be with their owners at all times when outside.
Please do not throw loose trash in trash cans. We provide trash bags and there will be an additional charge of $30 for trash not in bags into the large can. The trash people will not pick it up.
