House Rules:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use the neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood street.
- NO loud noise or music past 9:00 PM.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE to unplug all unused appliances, hair dryers, and laptop chargers from the socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off the stove, oven, AC/heater, and gas tanks for the fire pit and BBQ. Also LOCK ALL DOORS when you leave:)
- Adult supervision of children on the property AT ALL TIMES.
- Adult supervision of children using the pool and jacuzzi AT ALL TIMES.
- NO Shoes inside the property. All shoes can be placed on the shoe rack provided by the front door
- NO SMOKING of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat the air, clean carpets, and scrub walls.
- NO USE OF FIREPLACE at all. Right to cancel reservation without refund, and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
- NO cooking, roasting, or burning of any kind in the fire pit. Right to cancel reservation without refund, and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
- NO Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM - anytime (early check-in may be available upon request).
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. (late check-out may be available upon request).
- NO Extra/Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
- NO Mail/Packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pickup.
- NO Moving/Rearranging of the furniture or game room.
- NO Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, internet, lamps, WIFI hubs, etc.
- No pre-check-in bag storage
- NO Pets

After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and provide a government-issued ID. Both are required for access to the home.

Guest access:
We provide a contactless self-check-in through the front door with access to the entire house.

Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway with plenty of free additional street parking. 2 vehicles can fit in the driveway. Multiple vehicles can fit on the street.

Other things to note:
- Additional fee of $100 per guest for reservations exceeding 8 guests
- Trash pick-up (Friday)
- Pool/Jacuzzi Maintenance (Tuesday)

- Property Disclosures:
We have 6 actively recording cameras overlooking the front door entrance, front yard, garage/driveway, backyard Pool area w/patio, Jacuzzi area, and additional patio (fire pit w/seating, outdoor dining, BBQ, Cornhole, Ping Pong table), which record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. To protect your privacy, ALL camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way, shape, or form point inside the house. Devices are on 24/7. There are NO indoor cameras within the home.

- Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is a quiet, peaceful residential area. Please NOTE AND RESPECT STRICT house rules. This will allow us to provide you and all future guests with a 5-star experience and continue to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests. We treat this home as if it were our own and hope you appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtful care we have given it.
