This Tucson townhome boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including a Master king bed and two queen beds.
Guests enjoy two bathrooms, both completely remodeled, with one featuring a walk-in shower and a the other a relaxing shower / bathtub combo.
The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, this delightful home offers a tranquil retreat.
Every detail is designed to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free.

This is our 'Home away from Home' when we're in Tucson for business reasons.
Make it yours, whether for a relaxing getaway or on a long term business trip.
The kitchen features all appliances you'll need for preparing meals at home.
The sofas are new and comfortable with a 50" LED tv and Dish Network (Hopper) channels.
The dining area is simple and right by both the kitchen & living area.
There is a 2 car garage, large enough to park 2 fully extended mini-vans.
If you require more or larger parking, that's a only 10 second walk away.
The community pool is heated during the colder months and of course the hot tub is nice and hot, all year long.
(No glass containers in the pool area please)
There are 2 small patio areas to relax in. One is right in the front and the other is off the Master Bedroom. Both are enclosed and private.
You'll be close to a shopping area for your basics (groceries, banking, restaurants, etc) but just far enough away where you'll enjoy the peace and quiet you deserve.
*This is a smoke and pet free environment. There are no exceptions.
As stated, this is our Home away from home.

Listing description
We are business/long term ready.
We're close by all you'll need: 10 min. from Pima U, ~ 12 min. to U of A walking distance to, pharmacies, supermarket, banks, restaurants, close to the expressway, and 15-20 to bike & hiking trails. This ~ 1200 sq. ft. townhouse it's nicely tucked away in a quite, safe, gated community, with a large enclosed garage. Spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We're 20 minutes from Saguaro National Park and the Desert Museum is 5 minutes from there.
When you book and we exchange contact info, we’ll send you some recommended restaurants, hiking trails, places of interest, etc.

The kitchen has new floor tile, quartz countertops, & newer appliances. It is fully equipped, with microwave, coffee & espresso makers, juice maker, blender, D/W, ice maker in fridge, all utensils for food prep,
The Master bathroom has been completely remodeled w/ walk-in shower.
There is a clothes washer / dryer,
There's the little things, such as a stocked spice rack, paper towels, bath & pool towels.
Garage is long enough to for an extended minivan.
Longer vehicles, should park in the guest parking, next to the property. You'll need to notify us, to get a parking pass.
*Overnight parking is not allowed in the guest parking areas, without a parking pass.*
There’s a BBQ grill for U2 use, but you'll need to pick up your own charcoal and lighter fluid from the Ace Hardware store.
There are two coolers for your use during your stay.
There are a couple of beach chairs (located in garage) to use by the pool.
There are TV's in each bedroom & the living Room.
The living room has Dish Network (Hopper), Netflix & Amazon. The Master bedroom has Dish Network. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have an HD antenna, for local channels.
This is our 2nd home. Please treat it with respect.
You will have access to a large community shared (non-heated) pool and a nice sized year-round heated hot tub.
Beach towels are in linen closet
There are coolers to use.
No glass containers in the pool area.
Children must be supervised.

(Other details to note)
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
The pool is about a 4 minute walk from the townhouse.
As previously stated, it's open all year, but currently the pool itself is heated from the Fall until Spring time.
The adjoining hot tub is of course heated and available all year long.

(Additional rules)
- We expect you will treat our home with respect, and leave it in as good a condition as we will provide it to you.
- The fireplace is decorative only! For insurance and safety purposes, is not allowed to make a fire in the fireplace.
- Although not required, shoe removal in the home would be appreciated. (One never knows what can stick to the bottom of their shoes.)

*** Garage door opener's are very expensive to replace.
There will be $150 fine for replacing a garage door opener. So, please don't forget it!***
If you've a longer vehicle, please notify us, so we can provide passes for the guest parking almost adjacent to the property.
***Overnight parking in the "Guest parking" areas without a parking pass is not allowed. You take the chance of being ticketed
- Small / young children must be accompanied by an adult, particularly in the pool area. (We have a cooler you may use for beverages but, please don't bring glass to the pool area, in case of breakage)
- Replace all keys, guest parking pass, garage door opener and (small, red, electronic pool entry fob) when checking out. Take a photo of everything in its place then please send it to us. Use the gate/ lockbox key to lock exterior doors, then simple replace that key back into the gate lockbox.
- The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We, the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
-When departing, please load and run the dishwasher, close all windows, close the mini-blinds and put the trash in the bins.
