The ground-floor, self-contained unit sits below our family home on a quiet street with convenient street parking right outside.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs unit sits on a very quiet four-home street, just a short walk to the beach, Del Mar Village, restaurants, Del Mar race track/Fairgrounds, and shops.

We have two beach chairs, a boogie board, a surfboard, and a beach umbrella available for your use.

We prefer to meet guests on arrival whenever possible, but will leave a lock box when this is not possible. Arrivals accepted 3 pm to 8 pm, unless otherwise arranged.

Del Mar is a non-smoking city (strictly enforced)
Please note: This unit is located directly below our home. While the space is private, you may occasionally hear light household noise from upstairs.
We are also near the train line so you may hear trains occasionally.
