• Safety Note: Top bunks are strictly restricted to children aged 6 and older.
• Beds: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds sleeping up to four guests.

Bedroom 3 (King Bed)

Designed for relaxation, the primary bath offers dual vanities, a soaking tub under a stunning arched window, a spacious walk-in shower, and a private water closet—your own peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Bathroom 2 (Hallway Full Bathroom )
An updated double-sink vanity and a separately enclosed tub and toilet area with dedicated ventilation, this bathroom offers extra privacy and convenience for families and groups.

Laundry Room: Large-capacity washer and dryer available for guest use, plus an iron, ironing board, and extra storage shelves

Backyard: Enjoy a fully fenced backyard featuring a screened porch with lounge seating, a TV, and outdoor dining. A 4-burner propane grill is also available; it must be pre-booked for an $80 fee (covers a full propane tank and the final cleaning fee).

Parking: Up to 4 vehicles on the driveway only. Street parking is strictly prohibited by both the HOA and the city of Pooler. Violations will result in vehicles being towed at the owner's expense.
