We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Perfect for Family

The accommodations were perfect for our Christmas Week. Bright and cheery home. Great layout with a heated pool. Easy communication with both Owner and Management. Would recommend to my friends.

Great Quiet Clean House with Nice Pool

Very clean nice and tidy. Good size for a couple or two. My only negative would be that the beds are a little old but that could be fixed with new mattresses easily enough. My wife and I had a great week enjoying the property. I personally spent a lot of time outside around the pool!

We rented this home for 28 days. While the property has excellent potential, our stay was negatively impacted by multiple maintenance and safety issues that were not resolved in a timely manner. Upon arrival, we were informed the owners were already aware of a refrigerator leak. Despite this, it took nine days to repair, during which we had to place towels on the floor daily to absorb water. The most serious concern involved a bathroom shower. The shower uses a two-door track system, yet one of the glass doors was missing, creating an unsafe condition. This resulted in a serious injury to one of our guests that required an emergency room visit and ultimately surgery. When this was reported, the owner stated that the “door is no longer available” and that the configuration is a “common and standard design.” While only one door is visible in the listing photos, this explanation is inaccurate—showers designed for a single door are constructed differently. This was a significant safety issue that should have been addressed prior to renting the home. Additional issues during our stay included:Heating system not functioning, requiring a second service visitPatio/grill area light not working, requiring a third service visitBroken hair dryer and can openerThe home itself could be a wonderful rental, but it does not appear to be maintained or managed with the level of care expected for a long-term stay.

Excellent House, great holiday - would return to this house in the Cape!

The house was great. We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. We would defintely go back to this house. The pool was large and very warm. The kitchen was was clean and well equipped. Outdoor grill worked well. Three eating areas - kitchen, dining room and outside by the pool. AC worked fine - nice and cold. Showers were large and powerful - plenty of hot water. Large bedrooms. The king size bed was not as comfortable as we had wished. But all other beds were fine. Large double garage with electric door opener. Any questions / issues we had during the stay were handled fast and efficiently by property management. A few things to note which are also noted in the listing: - Water and electricity costs extra and is charged on checkout. - There is no cable TV just local channels so bring your own TV or streaming logins. The owner was very pleasant and thorough to deal with. On arrival we were greeted with calming music and water/wine in the fridge.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Lady Maria sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß, modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Leider hatten wir die kältesten Tage seit 6 Jahren in Cape Coral in unserer Reisezeit, und haben dann spontan verlängert, um ein wenig Sonne und Wärme zu genießen. Die Verlängerung hat ohne Probleme super geklappt. Vielen Dank hierfür an die Vermieterin nochmal. Check in war entspannt, vom Verwalter haben wir einige wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Hervorheben möchte ich die absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Alles in allem ein total entspannter Urlaub.

Leider ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und das Haus hat einen beheizbaren Pool. Allerdings war das Haus sehr ungepflegt und viele Dinge sind kaputt. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und der Vermieter ist wirklich nett, war aber seit Jahren nicht vor Ort. Schade !!!

unprofessional behavior

will never recommend this place to anyone due to owner's unprofessional behavior. everything was fine, I booked my stay from Dec 18-Dec24 2021 and the owner approved it, then the next day my problems start. the owner send me a message in German language I asked him to text in English then he asked me for my phone number explaining that it will be easier to communicate then I realized that it was my mistake. The owner started to call (up to 4x a day) saying that I have to leave the house Dec 23 bc he will have to pay more for the cleaning on Dec 24 due to holiday. I asked him to cancel booking bc this is not what he agreed for and he will spoil my plans for holiday, I still had enough time to find similar property in the area. unfortunately even customer service was not able to help me.

BEWARE/ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Overall the house was dirty, missing/broken blinds, mattresses were awful, missing lightbulbs, comforters had bleach spots, washing machine had mold in it & there was a tremendous amount of black mold on the lanai! I brought this to the owners attention & he did NOTHING about it! I have several pictures of the dirty house, missing & broken things as well as A LOT of black mold!

Beautiful property & Great location

Wonderful stay at Villa Lady Maria! All the necessities you would need available and the pool was great. Location is perfect whether you wish to just lay by the pool or venture out for the day to Sanibel or nearby beach. Will be back again! Thank you Raymond for a fabulous stay!

Family vacation

Beautiful house, needs some updates and maintenance. Understand the owners haven’t been able to come because of Covid so it makes sense. Mattresses need replaced, none of the outdoor solar lights worked, including down by the dock. Also the dock has several nails sticking up, we pounded them in but they came back up. Dock needs to be fixed as it is dangerous. This home is beautiful and with some minor issues fixed it would be outstanding. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great escape from the north

nice quiet neighborhood , pool was fun once it was warmed up, great location, several good restaurants in the area. This was our first VROB stay and I was very happy .
