We also understood that you preferred not to have more maintenance visits during your vacation and we respected that choice. We always encourage guests to let us know if something needs attention and allow us the chance to help, so we can address concerns as quickly as possible and make their stay as comfortable as possible. For the oven, we provided troubleshooting steps, but you let us know it still was not working for you. After checkout, our maintenance team checked the oven and confirmed that it was working properly. Had we been able to inspect it during the stay, we may have been able to help get it working for you at that time. We have shared your feedback with the appropriate cleaning and maintenance teams. The other items mentioned, including the loose fixtures, bathroom area, bed frames, furniture, and cleanliness concerns, will be checked and addressed as needed for future guests.
