The Space
Inside, the home blends classic beach cottage charm with clean coastal comfort. The main living area features vaulted white-beam ceilings, comfortable lounge seating, a fireplace, large TV, and easy flow toward the dining area and kitchen. Upstairs, a second ocean-view lounge offers another place to relax, read, watch the waves, or gather after a day at the beach.
The bright galley kitchen is fully equipped for everyday vacation meals, with modern appliances, generous counter space, a coffee station, and adjacent dining with ocean views. Multiple windows and plantation shutters bring in natural light throughout the home, while the ocean-facing spaces keep the beach experience close from morning to sunset.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private sandy beachfront patio with Adirondack seating, a fire pit lounge, and shaded palapa dining. The covered balcony offers sweeping ocean views and is ideal for morning coffee, sunset watching, or simply listening to the waves.

House Rules
Max occupancy: eight guests at all times.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted in excess of max occupancy.
Two pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

Quiet hours are daily from 10:00PM to 10:00AM.

Good to Know
This home like many of the oceanfront homes in the area, does not have AC.
The beachfront and rock areas near the home can be dangerous, especially during high surf or changing tide conditions. Children must be supervised outdoors at all times.
Beach conditions outside the rock barrier vary depending on tide and surf.
Some outdoor images may show staged fire pit or sunset conditions; actual conditions vary by season and weather.
