Welcome to Moose Meadows Retreat, a stunning mountain sanctuary that blends luxury, comfort, and breathtaking scenery. Rich barnwood accents, soaring ceilings, curated artwork and sophisticated furnishings create an elevated and welcoming space.

Tucked in the desirable Peak 8 neighborhood, the home offers a rare combination of privacy and convenience. Guests enjoy a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees yet will be walking distance to the ski slopes and minutes away from historic downtown Breckenridge.

Entering on the lower level, the home unfolds as guests ascend the five levels, made easy with an elevator.

The second level is the home’s entertainment hub, designed for fun and games with a spacious family room featuring a pool table, foosball, a large leather sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and big screen TV. A fully equipped wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker ensures drinks and snacks are always within reach.

Step outside to the outdoor living space where an oversized hot tub comfortably accommodates eight guests soaking away sore muscles after a day of mountain adventure. Nearby, a firepit surrounded by seating provides the perfect setting for conversation and stargazing.

Two bedrooms are located on this lower level. There’s room for six kids to pile into the bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk and an XL twin-over-XL twin bunk. Its ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A light-filled king suite offers a relaxing retreat with blackout shades, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A full laundry room with a sink is also conveniently located on this level.

A few steps up, the luxurious private primary suite occupies its own floor. Enter through a cozy sitting area perfect for sipping morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of Mt. Baldy. The bedroom features a 50-inch flat screen TV and blackout shades, while the spa-inspired bathroom showcases a double vanity, large glass shower with built-in bench, and a contemporary take on a claw foot tub.

On the main level, the stunning centerpiece of the home opens up before you. Towering ceilings, huge timber beams, and a wall of windows fill the space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, featuring a massive granite island, professional grade appliances, two dishwashers, plus a walk-in pantry with a second refrigerator. This main living area also enjoys air conditioning.

Gather for meals in the breakfast nook, at the kitchen island with 5 counter stools, or at the gorgeous wood dining table that seats eight. After dinner settle into the great room with a striking stone gas fireplace and large-screen TV. French doors open out to a deck with outdoor dining table, grill, and views of the surrounding forest and mountain peaks.

Down the hall, an additional king bedroom offers luxurious accommodations with blackout shades, large screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower.

The uppermost level offers a cozy loft with a sofa, beanbag chairs, and TV. Off the loft is a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower.

Other amenities include a home sound system, laundry room, boot dryers, and spacious mud room. There is parking available for six vehicles in total. Two in the garage and four in the driveway. The garage also has a ping-pong table and an EV charging station.

SKI ACCESS
You’ll walk approximately 100 yards to the 4 O’Clock run to ski down to the Snowflake Lift or Gondola.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
