The Space:

This 1,876-square-foot home gives up to eight guests three bedrooms, three baths, and room to spend time together. The gourmet kitchen supports proper family meals, while air conditioning and a washer and dryer keep the everyday side easy. Outside, the spacious water-view lanai is made for grilling and lingering. A ping-pong table adds a little friendly competition between beach and pool plans.



Guest Access:

Your stay includes access to the offsite Poipu Beach Athletic Club, with a resort-style pool, hot tub, sand-bottom area, water slide, and fitness facilities. At the home, enjoy a private entrance, patio, and landscaped setting. The garage is not available for parking.



The Neighborhood:

Poipu is Kauai’s sunny south shore, a natural choice for families who want beach days and plenty to do nearby. Poipu Beach is a classic stop for sand and water time, while historic Koloa Town brings shops, food, and plantation-era character. Spouting Horn offers a dramatic shoreline change of pace, especially when the ocean is active. The included Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership gives your group another full set of options, from the pool and water slide to tennis and basketball, without a long drive.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.
