Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
No parties or events
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
Pets are not allowed
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (please be respectful of neighbors)
No unregistered guests — only booked guests may stay overnight
Please treat the home as your own: no shoes on furniture, and remove sand before entering. Please do not store fresh-caught fish (or other catch) in the refrigerator or freezer. Odors are very difficult to remove from appliances and can affect future guests.
ABSOLUTLEY - No jumping off balconies
Pavers and exterior decks can become very hot — please wear footwear outdoors
To avoid smoke stains on the ceiling, please move the BBQ grill out from under the house before using it and put it back when you're done. We really appreciate your care!
Turtle season protocols: exterior lights must stay off after dark and pool lights off after 9:00 PM (May–October) to protect nesting sea turtles
Report any damages immediately
Lock up and secure windows/doors when leaving the property
Trash and recycling instructions provided in the welcome book
