No parties or events.

Only registered guests allowed. Maximum capacity is 10 (unless approved by the owner).

Respect neighbors: No loud music or noise. Quiet hours after 11 PM.

No smoking anywhere on the property.

No outdoor shoes inside the house.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms; please use the dining area.

Dishes: Wash and put away before checkout.

Garbage & recycling: Bag and leave in the garage.

Toilets: Only flush toilet paper.

Leave the home as you found it. Turn off lights/electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving.

Pool safety: No glass around the pool. Dry feet and shoes before entering the house from the pool.

Damages: Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
