The holiday flat "Fortuna" is located in an apartment building with 12 flats with a large shared pool and garden and sun loungers and lawn for playing and relaxing.

From the living area you enter the large balcony with lake and mountain view with table and chairs. Sunshades and deckchairs are available.

There is an electric barbecue and charcoal grill for relaxed BBQ evenings.

Your maisonette holiday flat is on the 1st floor on two levels facing the lake with panoramic lake and mountain views.
The flat entrance leads directly into the open-plan living area with spacious balcony facing the lake and pool.
On the mountain side there is a well-equipped kitchenette and the dining table.

To the right of the entrance is the double bedroom with large bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine. Next to it is a combined living room and study with a good double sofa bed.

From the living area, a granite staircase leads upstairs to the attic with another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with vanity, shower tray and WC.

The flat is within walking distance of the famous Villa Balbianello and one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Como. The surrounding area is rich in history and culture, with legendary villas like the famous Villa Balbianello, ancient churches and beautiful hiking trails waiting to be discovered.
Lenno is centrally located in the middle of the lake, making it a good base for exploring all that Lake Como has to offer. There are plenty of activities in the area, including boating, hiking, cycling and much more.

In addition to the communal pool, the flat is only about a 15-minute walk from the lake and beaches. There are individual stretches of beach on the waterfront and the Lido di Lenno beach resort with fine dining, beach bar, events and taxi boat/boat hire.

There is public parking near your holiday home.

Lenno is a legendary lakeside town with a historic centre and romantic lanes along the lake and into the mountains. Fine restaurants and quaint pizzerias, a beautiful lakeside promenade with cafés, and a piazza at the local church of Santa Stefano on the lake as a meeting place for social life.

From your holiday home in Lenno it is only about 15 minutes downhill to the piazza and the lakeside promenade with a boat landing stage, restaurants, cafés, small shops, and the weekly market. There are numerous opportunities to explore the area on foot at your leisure: Beautiful walks / hikes, such as to the picturesque bay of Lenno with good restaurants, boat rentals, beaches, shopping. Attractive excursion destinations such as Menaggio, Varenna, Tremezzo or Isola Comacina can be reached by boat from here. In another 20 minutes you can walk along a beautiful footpath from Lenno to the legendary Villa Balbianello or take the water taxi.
