Situated in Casa Del Mar, a low density luxury condo community on the sea of Cortez, you will enjoy lush landscapes, BIG beach, 3 pools, hot tub, kids pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Zoetry 5 Star Hotel, located on the premises, offers 3 restaurants, poolside service, cocktail bar, spa and special entertainment events available to condo guests. Coral 301 is a Foodies delight as we love to cook. We grow herbs on the patio and stock culinary condiments/ appliances. Dine on the patio or in unit with SPECTACULAR ocean/mountain views. Ask Isaac, our property manager about an authentic Mexican meal prepared for you in the condo. Step to the beach for sunbathing, massage, horseback riding, fat tire biking. whale watching, turtle hatching, manta ray jumping, shore fishing, and fire pit. Enjoy cocktail hour with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean and mountains. Watch migrating Grey whales breaching during the day, stroll miles of pristine beach, catch a sunset, horseback ride, or snorkel nearby reefs.

The two bedroom features a king, ensuite soaking tub/shower, 50" TV, and blackout drapes in the master suite. The guest BR has two double beds, TV and private bath with oversize walk-in shower.

Relax in the sunken living room with complete entertainment center Smart TV's throughout. Enjoy meals in the dining area that seats 6 with comfort. Mexican tile, marble and natural wood decorate the interior. Feel the quality of granite counter tops, upgraded appliances and cabinets in the tastefully appointed kitchen designed for the serious home chef. The patio is inviting with all comfy furniture, herb garden, flowering plants, and breathtaking view of mountains, beach, and sunsets.

Schedule your tee time on on one of many golf courses. The Club House is a short walk-or call for a cart. Don’t forget your tennis/pickleball racket. In the evening drive or UBER to colonial San Jose Del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas for delicious safe dining at world famous restaurants or street food at the Art Walk.

Wake early to experience world class marlin fishing from Cabo San Lucas or hire a panga to fish the calmer Sea of Cortez. Either way you will catch your limit of Dorado, Red Snapper or Tuna. Occasionally, Sierra are biting right off the beach at CDM. Why not spend the day snorkeling and rock climbing at Chileno Beach, a 5 minute drive.

It's a five minute drive or Uber to upscale groceries at Fresco Market or upscale shopping/dining at Palmilla plaza. Visit the authentic Mercado Organico in San Jose for locally grown/caught fruits, vegetables, and seafood, and artisan crafts. Dine in or out; the options are all delicious.

Glorious Sunshine

I’ve stayed at Casa Del Mar several times. We love this place. This unit is very nice and we would stay again! It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Great pillows and comfy beds. Gorgeous view! Lovely pools.. Beautiful patio! I watered her plants on the patio .. .. felt like home! Thank You!

Outstanding Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Outstanding ocean views, immaculate grounds and property. Having access to the Zoetry amenities (pools, gym, tennis, pickleball, etc) is a real plus. Zoetry is a "boutique resort & spa" that definitely caters to adults; that said, the staff was so kind and really welcoming to my two kids (ages 5 & 7) who spent hours on end at the pool and beach every day. We cooked several meals in the condo; kitchen is small and a bit dated but has most everything you'll need (there were some spices but we had to venture out to buy cooking oil).Location is outstanding; close proximity to multiple beaches and conveniently located in between the "two cabos."Overall, we had a great time and are already planning to return!

Amazing Place & Location

My family and I stayed here during Christmas Break 2025 and we had a marvelous time. The condo was super clean and tidy and had everything we needed to have a great trip. The location is perfect to avoid a lot of traffic and people yet close enough to San Jose and Cabo to get to places to eat and visit quickly. Loved the close access to the beach and the on site swimming pools and bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location

Everything about the property was wonderful and the condo was exactly what our family needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area- easy access to all of the major activities! Would definitely recommend!

Incredible views and splendid beach access.

Totally enjoyable - just check with the hotel concierge to confirm exactly what the latest rules are regarding the bar/beachfront palappas.

Family Vacation

Coral 301 fit our needs for a family vacation perfectly. The condo is very comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we didn't take advantage of the great food at the hotel, in San Lucas, and in San Jose. TV and Wi-Fi service were great, including access to U.S.-based networks. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with - providing key information up front, answering a few questions we had, and checking in with us during our stay. Because Coral 301 is located on the Zoetry Casa del Mar property, access to food, beverages, pools and the beach is very convenient. One pool is right outside the condo building with the hotel restaurants, pools and beach just a short walk away. Our 3-year-old granddaughter loved the beach and the stash of beach toys in the closet. We had a great experience and definitely will return to Coral 301.

Great Cabo trip!

Steve and Cindy Ellis are great hosts: excellent communication, helpful coordination & property info, and a well-stocked/maintained property. Great location with a huge beach and amenities.

Heavenly private getaway in Cabo! A+++

Where do I start? Check-in was seamless and extremely easy with a detailed guide as well as tips on what to do in Cabo. The beach is private so this is the type of location I prefer for a perfect beach day that is just steps away. The condo is perfect and just as described. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, my family thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this spot!

Very Nice 3rd Floor Suite on Tourist Corridor

This suite suited our family very well. We like to explore and staying at Casa del Mar allowed us to drive to different beaches and get in to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. If your preference is to stay "close to home", the complex is really nice and well-kept. There is a nice swimming pool and miles of beach to walk on. We were impressed with the suite for the following reasons: - the kitchen is very well stocked. Sometimes in VRBOs the kitchen is missing important cooking utensils or has poor quality items. This is not the case at this suite. Also, there are lots of spices and condiments. - the suite has beach chairs/towels, umbrella, and a boogie board. - my wife and I were really impressed by the deck decor and plants; the owners have created a very nice spot to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening with a good view of ocean. I do recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay in Cabo

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were exactly like the unit. Everything that you needed was provided. The hotel and grounds were beautiful! Beach wasn't necessarily swimmable, but teenagers still had fun playing in the waves. Only slight negative was that highway traffic was a bit noisy at night. We rented a car and were happy we did. Got to see alot in Cabo and San Jose. Would definitely stay again!

Beyond Excellent

Last minute booking and we are so happy to have stayed here. Beautifully appointed condo, lovely furnishings, outfitted deck, very clean and organized. Everything you need is right there for you PLUS you can utilize the exceptional amenities of the Zoetry resort. We had a great time and are definitely going back to this condo. Our hosts were amazing and so very helpful every step of the way. I can't possibly say enough good here. Thanks again for holiday we needed ❤️

Beautiful resort.

The property owner was extremely easy to work with. Condo overall was clean and comfortable. The views were fantastic and the resort amenities were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the beach, even though it was not swimmable. Location was perfect.

Wonderful condo on a beautiful property

Very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. 2 bedroom condo, very comfy beds and furnishings, everything worked well. Plants and flowers on the deck are an added touch, nice view from the deck. Property overall is beautifully landscaped and maintained, not crowded and very relaxed atmosphere. Check in was easy, parking was close and easy, tennis courts right next to building. Hotel pool is heated and very nice, hot tub as well. Condo is a couple of buildings back from the beach and hotel pools but very short walk. The hotel is small and pool area was generally not crowded, nice swim up bar. Lots of beachfront, nice sand in front of property but gets pretty course when walking up the beach. Not a very swimmable beach, always a red flag, but short drive to Chileno, Palmilla, or Santa Maria(very nice, snorkeled here) beaches. A bit of traffic noise from the freeway but I think that will be true for most properties, everything is beside the freeway. It is between Cabo san lucas and San Jose so fairly short drives to access everything in the cities and between. We had a car which I think is a must but talked to some guests who had a good experience with uber. We did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants, but lots of good restaurants in San jose, can park close to the square and walk to many. Overall a wonderful condo on a beautiful property with great amenities, we will return.

Casa Del Mar was a gem

We loved our stay at Casa Del Mar! Check in/ out was a breeze. Steve was more than helpful and responsive in the months leading up to our trip. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was very nice to have the hotel amenities on site, but I will say the food at the restaurants is very over priced and just average tasting/ portions but still nice as an option none the less. The way the property is maintained in impressive. It was also very quiet but I understand that it may be the off season down there. Overall I highly recommend and we definitely plan to be back!

Very comfortable home away from home

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable and had great views. The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental we have stayed at before. The communication with the owner was easy and quick and they were very accommodating!

Lovely comfortable condo

This is a great condo in a wonderful location between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The condo complex (Casa Del Mar) shares the property with Zoetry Hotel which has two restaurants with decent food, one of them Oceanside with a really beautiful view. If hotel guests are not using all of the beach cabanas, condo guests can rent one for the day, which we did and really enjoyed. The pool with swimup bar is two levels and very nice. There is another pool just below the condo that is available and you mostly have to yourself. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great vacation spot

The condo is very comfortable and well looked after by the property manager Isaac, and the location is beautiful. The resort pool is very nice with friendly and helpful staff. The resort itself is right on the white sand beach. We would definitely go again.

The apartment was very clean, very well eqiopped and very comfortable. Nice balcony with good ocean views. Nice pools (some heated). There was a bit of noise from the highway but not enough to be a bother. Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed the adventure of owning this property and have many years of memories with our two daughters and friends. We have enjoyed meeting many visitors and residents who share our passion for Mexican culture.

When we first visited Cabo in 1993, it was remote and undeveloped - large bovine frequented Rt 1. When we saw the plans for Casa Del Mar, we knew that quality properties like this don't come along often. We bought on the chalk line (and we are NOT impulsive people, it was that beautiful). We have not been disappointed in the workmanship, landscaping, amenities and location, location, location of this property. We have visited every year for 20 years. Every unit has nothing between it and the ocean. What is called ocean view in Casa Del Mar is oceanfront in other developments. We love it and know you will too. We look forward to having you in our casa.

You will feel the low density development of Cabo Real. No building in CDM is over 4 stories and well landscaped open space provides you with a sense of privacy that you will not find elsewhere in Los Cabos. You may often feel all alone on the beautiful streaches of beach.
