A cosy one bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris' Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement, on a quiet side street adjacent to Boulevard St. Germain.

The apartment is 30m² or 323 feet² with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Ideal for singles or couples but can accommodate up to 3 adults (the living room has a sofabed).

Located in an 18th century listed building, on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) without elevator.

Close to 'Place Maubert,' a quiet square located between Notre Dame Cathedral and Boulevard Saint Germain, in the very centre of Paris. There is a Metro station on the square - or a minute's walk from the apartment. Nearby are an abundance of shops, bakeries and restaurants.

There is also a 3x weekly market on the square (Tues., Thurs. & Sat.) selling a wide variety of fresh local produce. A well equipped gym is just 10 minutes' walk away where they offer daily / weekly membership.

Notre Dame Cathedral and the river Seine are a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

Easily accessible from Paris CDG airport by the RER B train (about 40 mins.) on a direct line to St. Michel Notre Dame station (10 minutes' walk).

WiFi is provided as well as free, unlimited local & international calls to land lines (including all EU countries, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong....), and to cellphones in the USA and Canada.

TV is provided with international channels (BBC World, CNN etc).

A baby's cot is available on request.

This was a beautiful and cozy apartment nestled in the Latin quarter on a quaint and quiet street. Perfect location. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities you will need. It was close to gyms,groceries,cafes and restaurants. It was a very central location and easy walking to any trendy arronsissement nearby. The host was easily accessible and accommodated our every need. Responded quickly and professionally. Can’t wait to stay there again

Awesome apartment!

Outstanding location, 2 blocks away from Notre Dame, half block away from St. Germain St. where you will find excellent grocery stores, boulangeries, frommagerie, fish seller, metro station, etc. and charming cafes. The apartment is fully equipped. Had no issues at all. Paul, the owner made sure everything worked before my 1 month stay and kept me informed. Highly highly recommend.

Excellent stay

I researched rental apartments before my stay, and this one seemed like the best option. After my stay, it still does. An incredible value for the size, location, quality, and service. The location allows easy access to the best restaurants, bakeries, and sights. While small by some standards, I think it is larger than the typical Paris apartments and certainly larger than a hotel room. It was was clean and functional. Shower pressure and temperature is excellent. Paul was very easy to work with, helpful, and accommodating. He supplied everything I asked for. The apartment is not perfect-it is old, the neighbors are sometimes loud late at night (although they quieted after I talked to Paul about it and he said he would speak with them), a nearby bar is sometimes loud late, the internet/TV/phone went out for my last 3 days (a network issue but Paul has agreed to reimburse my data fees once I get my bill). But these issues will be the case with any Paris apartment. The customer service is priceless. The bed is incredibly comfortable and bedroom is quiet (with the exception of when the neighbors were loud). I think this apartment is the best option and was a great home base for my one month stay in Paris.

Live like Parisiens

To live like Parisiens was our plan, and that is exactly what we did, for a whole month. Havingbeen there before we knew which area we wanted to be, and this apartment could not havebeen better located. Notre Dame had just reopened and was at the top of the street, less thana minute away. Seconds away in the other direction, the local depanneur for every dayessentials. Just across the road (Boul. St. Germain) was cheese, meat, bakery and three days aweek a farmer’s market. Good wine stores? A short walk. The Metro? Sandwiches andgateaux? Literally minutes away. Tons of cafes, again within minutes. Our favourite fabulousItalian restaurant (Respiro) literally across the street. Sure, the apartment itself was not hugebut a heck of a lot bigger than any hotel room in Paris that we had seen. Enough room to relaxand watch TV, the separate bedroom had lots of storage, the bathroom totally adequate withno shortage of hot water. Even in chilly December and January, the apartment was warm andtoasty. The kitchen had everything we needed, and eating in was a nice break from going outall of the time. Sometimes it is nice to just come home and have a glass of wine and chill outand we did that many times. Security in the area and the apartment was never a concern.Overall Paul is a great host and Natasha who met us at the door upon arrival wasknowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to meet. The final verdict? Would we stay again at thisapartment? Yes!

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful place. The location can't be beat - it's in the heart of Paris, walkable to many great areas and close to many metro and bus lines. I really enjoyed walking by the Seine, which is right at the end of the street. The apartment is well put together. It's small, but I had everything I needed. It matters to me to be in a place that is well cared for, and this one clearly is. The building was on the whole very quiet when I was there (Jan-Feb), though I can see how there might be street noise in the summer. Paul, the owner, was great to work with; although he wasn't in Paris during my stay, he was very easy to reach and responsive any questions I had. Everything I needed was right there, from an open-air market to several organic food stores to a copy/printing center... really, there was nothing I couldn't get. I had a very good stay in this apartment and can highly recommend it.

Small apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Paul was a kind and helpful host. We were disappointed we couldn't stay for our full rental period, as I had gotten ill and had to leave 2 weeks earlier.

Marvellous Stay

The location is excellent with a market, delicious bakeries and attractions nearby. The rental was well laid out and we enjoyed the convenience of two rooms. Very pleased with This rental and the people with whom we dealt.

Great stay!

The heart of Paris

The apartment on Maitre Albert is in the heart of Paris. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer apartment and a better location for my five-week stay. The apartment was just the right size for me (and my guests), well kept and clean. It has a comfortable size bedroom with large bed and lots of storage space, a really nice shower, a well-equipped kitchen area, and a sitting room with comfy sofa, books, TV, fans, and large windows onto the street. The building and street are centuries old –just what you want for atmosphere – and located right between the Seine and Saint Germaine, a very lively street, so you feel equidistant to everywhere. I was a woman traveling alone and always felt safe. The immediate neighborhood has lots of cafes, a large farmers market, groceries, pharmacy, taxi stand and a metro stop. Paul, the landlord, was wonderful and handled questions on the spot. His associate, Natasha, was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Apartment in the Most Idyllic Location

I stayed here for a month and fell in love. I researched a ton of places, and this flat checked off nearly every thing I wanted while I worked in the city. Communication with Paul made it a 10-star experience for me: he was available at any time and responded to all my inquiries quickly & efficiently, and he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. (I had an extra-bumpy arrival, due to strikes and airline hassles, and without his insanely-late-night help, I would've been completely lost. That was gift enough for me and it was only Day One into my stay.) The flat is exceptional, well-maintained, & exactly as pictured (better in my opinion): extremely clean, well-stocked throughout with all the essentials, a very comfy bed in the back bedroom away from the street noise (very important to me!), great wifi. Perfect space for two people. The area is sublime: Fresh markets & literally the best croissants in the city (like, literally: they won first prize a few years ago), Notre Dame & Blvd Saint Germain a stone's throw away. I walked everywhere bc that's how I roll (Eiffel Tower: 50 min, Louvre: 20 min, Ill Saint Louis was my morning jog, as examples), and the flat is situated in a mostly quiet neighborhood & building with your typical city-life noises--but with the windows closed, you hardly hear a thing. (Though if you're a light sleeper, the pub on the corner can get pretty loud at night, esp during football, fyi.) It's cozy & charming & I can't recommend it enough!

Comfort in the heart of Paris

We had awonderful stay at Pauls apartment. Superb location walkind distance to many sites and convenient bus or metro to anyplace in Paris. Excellent restaurants shops and markets just steps from the apartment. Wonderful trip to a wonderful city. Excellent arrival instructions and orientation. Full communication with the owner. Very comfortable apartment. 5 stars!!!

Great apartment with the best location in Paris

This apartment was the perfect size for my small group of 3 adults. The location was absolutely perfect! Lots of great places to eat nearby and we easily walked to most places we went which was perfect since our stay was during the rail strike. The host and his assistant we great communicators and very helpful. Check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay here again if we went back to Paris!

Phenomenal location, excellent apt

Everything was perfect for the 3 of us- location, size of unit, details provided by owner. And most of all, the introduction to the apt as well as tips on stuff to do by the wonderful Natasza!! Dont bring any guidebooks.... plenty already in the unit. Everything food item you would need to purchase is located within 100m, simply incredible location.

Saint Victor, Paris Apartment

The apartment in Paris is absolutely fantastic. Located one block from Notre Dame, the apartment is just a short jog to other Paris amenities, close to the river Seine as well as many Paris attractions i.e. Ste Chappelle, Louvre, Metro (RER) and Rue de Rivoli. I would highly recommend this fully furnished apartment due to its cleanliness, amenities, cuteness, and close proximity to shopping, restaurants and places of interest as to why you came to Paris.

Cosy apartment in great location

Paul’s apartment was very comfortable situated in the Latin Quarter very close to Notre Dame and within walking distance of most of Paris attractions. There were very good cafes nearby and an excellent bakery and charcuterie, also a small supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Excellent Location

We loved our stay in Paris. Paul and Natasha we’re both very helpful and provided us with lots of tips and useful information. There is a very complete ringed binder in the unit that provide additional information, phone number and other things you may need to know. The location could not have been more ideal for our purposes. We’d love to come back.

Superb hosts

Natasza and Paul were wonderful hosts. The location is a great base to explore Paris with many good restaurants and bakeries to choose from. The unit is up two flights of narrow stairs, so take that into consideration. Thanks to Paul for coming to our aide when I locked my luggage inside as we were about to leave Paris!

Perfect Stay!

This property could not have been more amazing! The best location!!! A minute walk to Notre Dam and a few minutes walk to the Metro. Great places to eat around the apartment. But the apartment itself is absolutely perfect!! Upon arrival, you are welcomed by Natasha at the apartment. She goes over EVERYTHING with you, from how to work the washer to the best places to eat to the best way to visit different tourist spots. We had the best time visiting with her! Such a great way to start off our perfect Paris vacation. Choose this apartment. You will not be disappointed!
