This custom home was built with attention to detail and comfort. Located across the street from the beautiful Bolinas estuary with easy access to the beach, this three bedroom home is all about casual elegance. High ceilings with skylights bring in the outside as you enjoy views of the wild marsh and the ridges of Mt. Tamalpais. Relax on the deck off the living room or dip into the hot tub which is surrounded by a patio that is perfect for both entertaining or quietly enjoying the private back yard. Sonos sound system. Gas Grill. No pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Twins Bed Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin

Beautiful house - very inspiring!

We booked this house for a board of directors working retreat and it was perfect for us - had everything we needed in a stunning location, and the views helped us to work even harder!

Better than expected!

We loved our stay at this house in Stinson. The views of the mountains was really nice, and it is just a few minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Stinson Property

Our stay at this Stinson beach house was amazing! The property is in an incredible location and has great amenities like the hot tub. The house was very clean and in great condition when we checked in. Highly recommend!

Our favorite Stinson house

This is the second time we’ve stayed at 1 Sonoma patio and we absolutely loved it (again)! The house is perfect, light, airy, with a great beach vibe.

Relaxing at the beach

House was great. We were worried about dining options, but the two counter service restaurants are minutes away and are great. No need to leave the area to go eat. There are chairs you can take down to the beach, we enjoyed just sitting out there. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place and location

We arrived late and got into house house just as it was getting dark. The nearby cafes were wonderful. One bedroom was used one night. The other wasn’t used. No one wanted to join us. Their loss. We are glad we had it for 4 days. Heavenly. We wqnt to go next year.

light and airy with wonderful wetland view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location. Quiet. Comfortable open layout upstairs. Kitchen well equipped. Great hot tub and outdoor shower. Easy walk to the beach. The view of the wetlands and mountains was a joy.We had a problem with one of the toilets and the rental agency came and fixed it right away.Small things to note: most windows didn't have screens and there were some cobwebs/spiders in some of the windows. Fortunately there were very few bugs and the temperature was cool while we were there. Also no sponges in the kitchen. Definitely would recommend and would happily stay here again.

Not too “downtown” Stinson, not too Seadrift, just right

This is spacious, well-appointed, graceful new-ish beach home with gorgeous views and abundant natural light.Multiple decks, a fantastic hot tub, and comfortable beds were just some of the many features we appreciated this weekend.We also loved the location. It was out of the way of the idling vehicles and large crowds that can choke the main intersection in Stinson, but close enough to walk down the beach to the main park, easy. It shares a quiet “patio” (kind of like a private cul-de-sac) with 4-5 gorgeous homes, but is free of the rarified air of Seadrift, just down the the road. Gorgeous, luxurious, but very relaxed and relaxing.Also, Gabriel and the other employee who checked us in were nice, communicative, and accommodating throughout the process. When we picked up the key we also received a welcome gift: a fresh loaf of sourdough levain from a local bakery. This was extra welcome because I forgot my wife’s fresh baked loaf of sourdough on the table in our haste to leave for the weekend.Nothing but good things to say about this house and the people who rent it.I

The view of the mountains was our morning greeting and evening view. The house is outfitted beautifully with top of the line appliances, organized pots, pans and cooking items. The house layout is great for families and there are ample toys and games, books and beach gear for the little ones. I can't remember a house we have rented that we enjoyed more than 1 Sonoma. It is clearly the home of a family who has great love for their surroundings and that is felt in every detail. The mud room/laundry room made me wish I could move the country. What a spot. Thank you to Carey and Margaux at Highway one for making this booking so easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the owners for creating such a peaceful getaway with all the trimmings. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a beautiful peaceful stay as a family. My adult kids and their wives, me and my husband. We enjoyed the house, the common area: kitchen, living, dining, the outdoor patio with hot-tub. Also weather was soooo good, we walked on the beach. Will come back soon with baby!
