Exactly as described

The condo is exactly as described. It is clean and modern with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The pool is a great escape from the sand. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had no issues which made for a great vacation. I highly recommend this condo and Seabreeze

Family getaway

We had our grand daughter and family join us on this excursion. We had a great view of the beach area and courtyard with pool. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast meals & lunch. The beds were comfortable as well. We would definitely consider another stay in the not too distant future.

Beautiful view!

I loved it! The place was so clean and my husband was very pleased that I chose this place (he’s very picky). The view was beautiful and it was a very short walk to the beach too! We will be back again!!

perfect place for us

The condo was just as pictured in the listing. Everything was clean, we felt safe the entire time we were there, the pool was great, and the beach was just feet away! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and all appliances (including the washer and dryer) worked perfectly . We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Just what we needed

Pictures represent it well. Very clean and nicely updated. Bed comfortable. Great location! Wish there had been some cleaning supplies and one roll of paper towels, though. Building has been nicely repainted and tile work redone. Can walk to several places for food and shopping. I don’t stay places twice very often because I like to try new ones each time, but when we come back, I am certain we will try to stay here!

Good location and great views from the 5th floor!!

Nice people to deal with and the place was nice and tidy when we arrived. We had most of the things we needed to get thru the week. The property was always picked up and nicely taken care of. Better set up for a family with small children, we have older kids and they all appreciate their own space at times. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

This was a wonderful property for our first Padre trip. The location was perfect and right on the beach. It was nice and quiet for families gathering together. Only improvements I would recommend is a ramp from the hotel to the beach path because the stairs were extremely hard to manage with a wagon and two young children. The beds were pretty hard to sleep on, however everything was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay! We will be back

BEACH BUMS

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND LOVED THE UNIT WE STAYED IN. UNIT 501 WAS DECORATED NICE AND FILLED WITH BEAUTIFUL TOUCHES. WE WILL TRY TO BOOK THAT UNIT NEXT YEAR WHEN WE VISIT. SEABREZE FACILITIES ARE GREAT AND THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE.

Beautiful view!

Everything was great! Other than we could have used more towel racks, portable or more towel holders in the bathrooms for beach towels and bathing suits. Too much outdoor construction, laying tile, railings being updated. Too much noise around the pool. This type of work should be done in the off season.

Another great family vacation!

We stayed at this same property last year during the summer because the stay was so enjoyable. The place is very clean and is perfect for families. You can’t beat the access to the beach and the location to shops/restaurants. The only suggestion is for more comfortable pillows and possibly mattress toppers on all the mattresses because those were not the most enjoyable for sleeping. The master included an extra blanket which we utilized, however we would have liked an additional blanket like that for the kids’ beds. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we plan to be back next year!

Excellent Value

We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen was stocked with more than the usual 4 person set of dishes and all the tongs, spoons etc. we would need. The room was comfortable and clean. Our one draw back was their was only 1 tub and it didn't have a stopper so my 3 yr. old had to take showers which he wasn't ready to do. We had a wonderful time and would certainly go back to the Seabreeze.

Hi Amy, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry there wasn't a stopper in the tub for your son. I wish you had notified us in the office as we do keep a full inventory of stock available of almost anything anyone could need so that if something is missing from a condo it can be instantly replaced. I'm sorry we missed that. Please note that this condo is being renovated in September and will no longer have a tub once the renovation is complete. If a tub is something that you require on a future trip, please keep that in mind and consider one of our other condos that have tubs. Sincerely, Angie

Girls trip

The check in process was easy. The apartment was spotless, and everything you could possibly want in a fully stocked kitchen, minus the food. The view out windows to the ocean were breathtaking, incredible sunrise views.Easy access for anyone who doesn’t have a problem with mobility.However, there is only one entrance for handicapped access to building, and it was at the end of the parking lot, not close to our parking space. So, there was quite a bit of maneuvering for my 85 year old Mother with a Walker. The ramp was useful, but was a bit steep to go down. Took 2 people to get down the ramp, one hanging on to Mother and one guiding the Walker. So bear that in mind if you have a mobility impaired person in your group. Showers were both accessible for handicapped person. We had a lovely 3 day stay, with the amenities of home. Would book there again!!

Just perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The Gulf view is amazing from the moment we walked in the door. The huge balcony is accessible from the great room and the Master BR, with the sounds and sights of the Gulf right in front of us. Indoors, the decor is modern, tasteful, and comfortable--not too "beachy" like some places we've stayed. Although recently remodeled, we're told that more upgrades are coming in the kitchen and bathrooms later in 2014. Angie and Soila in the office are so friendly and helpful, while the housekeeping and maintenance crew keep everything clean and in great working order. If you're looking for wild parties, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a fun, safe, low-key atmosphere for couples and families, this is the place for you. We will be back--but we need to book early to get our preferred dates!

Great place on the beach.

Nice place to go socially distance. Right on the beach. Property management is on site and super responsive. They were cleaning the elevator 10 times per day. Great clean air ocean breeze all day. Would stay here again for sure!

Hi Karen! It was a pleasure having you spend your vacation with us and we eagerly look forward to seeing you again! Sorry about the winds, however i can assure you it is not always as windy. Absolutely, it is great for windsurfing and kite boarding! We work hard to make sure every condo is like your home away from home and if there is anything that you were to ever need, don't hesitate to ask us in the office because we keep a full stock of inventory of most anything someone could want.
