Comfortable and spacious condo, conveniently located in a well tended complex.

First impression was of the great views this condo has of the mountains from both the deck and bedroom windows. Then was pleased to realize how nicely furnished and how well equipped and stocked the condo was. Pools and hot tubs are in a beautifully landscaped setting in this older but very well maintained complex. I much appreciated that each bedroom had its own bath, so the condo was perfect for sharing with a friend. Location was convenient to everything, yet quiet. Owner immediately answered any queries.

Great location & beautiful views

Very nice corner unit with amazing Mountain views from bedrooms & balcony. Condo was well equipped with open layout. Pool & hot tub were wonderful and we met lots of friendly people during our stay.

Beautiful grounds and pools

The grounds and public areas were wonderful. The apartment needed a deep clean and paint. It was a great location, quiet, with a nice view of the mountain. I would rent again. It made a good central location for exploring the area.

A month in the sun

Location, location, location!!!!! Everything you need within walking distance. The. complex is well maintained and everyone was welcoming. Owner is very, very responsive.

Comfortable and Spacious

The condo was quite large, comfortable, and clean. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning, soaking up the view of the mountains. The complex itself is well manicured. We had some issues with the refrigerator leaking water inside, and the cable box loosing connectivity with the remote, but we both used our tablets for entertainment when the issue arose. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Palm Springs.

Mark, the property owner, responded promptly to a few questions I had that came up on the first few days. Allowing the use of cleaning supplies, condiments and spices, was great! Will definitely want to return one day!

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. Idea location too. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, lots of nearby amenities. The grounds were amazing. Pools, sunshine and great people. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Bra lägenhet men trångt kök för 2personer. Köket var annars bra utrustat. Väldigt dålig Wi-Fi i lägenheten men bra vid poolområdet som var fint med gasolgrillar och gott om sittplatser. Området var välskött och rent, vi blev mycket imponerade. Sängarna var sköna och duscharna var bra. Vår frukost avnjöt vi dagligen på den mysiga balkongen.

Beautiful Property with all the Amenities - My favorite place in Palm Springs

I am a returning visitor to Palm Springs and of all the places I have stayed over the past 12 years, this condo is my favorite. Great location, beautifully well-kept grounds, super comfortable condo with great owners. Close enough to downtown you can walk to the best restaurants and downtown events, but far enough away to be quiet and calming -- the best of both Palm Springs worlds. The condo is warm and inviting and decorated so you don't feel like you are invading someone else's home or in a bland "rental". It has all the amenties so you feel like it's home. Steps away from basic shopping (groceries, gas, etc.) and 5 minutes from the airport. Can't wait to come back!

Smokers haven

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a girls getaway. Our flight got in late, so we didn't get in until 1:30am. When we opened the door, the smoker stench was stale. We opened all the windows and I sent a message to the owners, as I didn't want to be held responsible. The next morning, after getting some rest both my girlfriend and I complain how the comforters smelt and having all the windows open didn't change anything. The owner responded saying it was a nonsmoking unit and there was fabreeze under the sink. I sent another email saying, who truly disappointed we would be in our stay for the next 5 days there. And that airing out the place and fabreeze wasn't going to change anything. And that it was as if someone smoked there for years. And if I had asthma or health issues, I would have left that moment to find somewhere else to stay. But we already paid. And the owners response was only to change comforters. Well we each we using a bedroom and they both were horrible! There was never a sorry or let me take a day off the bill. Nothing. After looking around, you could tell they had probably just painted the place, trying to cover up the smoke. But you could see the yellow stains on the cabinets, in the fridge of obviously smoke. I felt like they clearly knew, but tried to play dumb. So if smoking doesn't bother you then this place is great. I give a poor rating, because otherwise it would have been great. Cute complex, great location, nice pools. But clearly the smoke left a bad taste in our mouth, literally!

Fun in the desert

We had a great time throughout our stay at Casa Palm Springs. This second floor corner unit condo had plenty of windows, fully stocked kitchen, nice views and comfortable beds. The location was nice - close to grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to downtown PS. We travelled with two school aged kids who really enjoyed the pools, hot tub, shuffleboard and bocce area. The common areas and grounds of the complex are very well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Nice place!

Nice condo, spacious and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV. Well-maintained grounds and pools, one salt water. Owner was helpful and quick to get back to us. Convenient location on north side of Palm Springs. Would stay there again!

Great Place!

My fiance and I went with another couple for a quick weekend away. We had a fantastic time and it was so much nicer than staying in two hotel rooms. We used the kitchen area extensively, which kept our costs down and was more comfortable than trying to race out the door for breakfast. We also loved the pools, shuffleboard, and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and Relaxing Palm Springs Retreat

My husband and I spent a week at "Casa Palm Springs" and had a wonderful time. So much more relaxing than a hotel. The grounds - landscaping, pools, tennis courts, etc. - are just beautiful and very well kept. The groundskeepers even offered us fresh oranges from the many fruit trees in the complex! The condo is bright, clean and very comfortable. Nice beds, cozy furniture. It has the old Palm Springs feel with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully stocked, although we ate out every night at the great local restaurants (downtown is really close, we even walked there a couple times.). The couple who own the unit are great, and are very accommodating. We asked a million questions before we arrived and they cheerfully answered all of them in a timely manner. The condo is priced competitively and worth every penny. We can't wait to go back!
