With 2 spacious masters, each with a king bed, and a bedroom with 2 queens, this amazing townhouse sleeps 8 per HOA! The secluded patio overlooking the lake, gorgeous dƩcor, and resort amenities will make your stay special. Head to the beach, enjoy the sauna, a lap around the pool, a game of shuffleboard, or a barbeque, or venture out to all Destin has to offer - you're right in the heart of it all.

Walk to the beach is long , but overall a good place to stay

Everything went well as far as the description there where some exposed electrical wires that had no outlets hooked to them and the ceiling fan in the upstairs king room did not work and was not able to turn the thermostat under 70 degrees which left it warmer in the upstairs levels

The property was close to the beach and closer to the pool. The grounds had great accommodations, sauna, pool, club house, and security. The condo had not been deep cleaned in a while, Mildew in all the showers, floors that would get your feet dirty when you walked bare foot, and unswept patios. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time, but these issues should be addressed with the cleaning company being used. There were several grocery stores, and a target within one block of the premises which was a huge plus due to peak vacation season.

Outdated furniture. Living room couch discolored with stains. I did not sit on it. Down stairs master bathroom had rust in shower. Bed uncomfortable. After a few days something was biting my son. I do not recommend staying here. The pics online and the actually place are totally different. It did have a lot of space for us.

It was ok, pics were not like what we walked into.

It was spacious and very quiet. Pool area was nice, not a long walk to beach at all. A few things that should be looked at is mold in showers. I ask, why have carpet in a beach house? Lots of stains on carpet upstairs. Everything is outdated. We couldn't get things to stay plugged in, in the bathrooms.

Condo not clean

Shower had mold on walls and vent in the bathroom above toilet. The wall in bottom bedroom was covered with dust balls. Electrical wall outlet had no cover in bottom bedroom. Kitchen table was dirty. Upstairs a.c. was not sufficient. Light bulbs burned out in kitchen. My family was not satisfied with the condition of the rental.

Pictures Don't Do Justice

Although I was hesitant at first from the decor in the pictures it really was nicer in person. The tv upstairs really needs to be upgraded to a flat screen, I could barely see it from the bed. I couldn't figure out if the upstairs was the master or downstairs. Either way both rooms were nice. Me and my husband settled in upstairs which became quite warm, thank God for the fan. There was not enough drawer space either to put our clothes which made me want to switch rooms to downstairs. After talking to the teenagers in the downstairs room they were froze half the night. Turns out there was not a blanket provided. Eventually they found a throw but wasn't big enough to share. So they each had to have their own. Major set back. Each room should come with a blanket not just sheets as a standard courtesy. I know its the beach but I hope they spray because we cooked breakfast and ants were everywhere in less than 30min. I know how easily they come if the doors are open and we did leave the kitchen patio door open while we cooked. Now Pros: The house is in an amazing location. There was more than enough space for my family of 6. The views were breathtaking. We stood out on every balcony taking in the view. The beach is just a walk across the parking lot and was amazing. I would definitely recommend this condo. I would just hope they take my suggestions into consideration.

Relaxing weekend

My family loved the TH. It accommodated my family. Everyone slept comfortably. The mattresses were perfect sleep comfort. Not a far walk from the beach. The security personnel were very informative and friendly. The house Is located in walking distance of eateries and shops. The house was perfect. I will be coming back.

Still feel like it's a great place for vacation.

Have Stay At Shoreline Towers At least 5 times. This is the first time the unit was not up to par as far as having the thing that you would think should be their. the unit was nice but not clean and a couple of other issue's like the stains all over the carpet the Iron had a shortage which was very dangerous because it could have started a fire . But the strains on the comforter was very disgusting and nasty looking . I was not very satisfied with the out come of sleeping in the bed after what I seen on the comforter. No filterers for the coffee maker the cable needs attention had to keep getting up and touching the box so it would show right and we were not offered any kind of compensation for the issue we had not that that's what we were looking for but right is right. I feel that if I wouldn't have brought this thing to your attention I may have been blamed for it. And I Will probably stay there again but not really sure.

Spacious Town Home Just Seconds from the Beach!

My fiancƩ, two of our friends (another couple), and myself just returned from a 4 day stay here and we were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations. The photos alone do not do this place justice. This townhome is GIGANTIC. The kitchen is fully equipped and the onsite pool, grills, and sauna are absolutely wonderful. But, best of all, this place is only a short walk across the parking lot to a gorgeous beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean

We stayed over holiday, the condo was nice and clean, but it needs to be updated very badly. Maybe after renovations I will return back to these, but I would rather try more properties that are more updated.

Vow Renewal Vacation

The place is beautiful and right near the beach. Our only walk was through the parking lot. The air worked great, each room had a shower, and the owners were quick to respond to my questions. The only minor issue was the internet being down when we arrived, but someone came to fix it for us without us having to call anyone. My only effort was to send a message through the RealJoy App. Another thing I especially liked was the sound proof walls. I am sure there was a party next door one night, but we never heard a peep the entire 5 days we were there. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
