Located on the corner of 30A and Pensacola you are two blocks to downtown Seaside, only a 3-minute walk. Walk to over 35 shops and restaurants in Seaside Proper just steps from your front door!

Arrive and enter down a private footpath off of 30A. There is a private bistro seating area right off your front door perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Off the front porch is a private charcoal grill, perfect for grilling at home. Step inside and the first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area that seats four, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features an under-counter fridge, a four-burner stovetop, a microwave, a convection toaster, and a coffee pot. (no freezer or dishwasher) Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table that comfortably seats two. Off the dining area is a rear open-air deck with Adirondack seating for two, a perfect setup to enjoy an evening glass of wine while you listen to the nearby waves crash in the background and feel the ocean breeze.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you find the queen bedroom and a full bath with a shower only. There is a dresser for ample storage and your own private TV. Across from the queen is the Juliette balcony with seating for two! Beach Music is the perfect beach escape location for two directly across from the beach and close to all things Seaside!
