The back yard is one that you have to see to appreciate. There really isn't anything like it. Please note this listing is very strict on the number of guests allowed. Please screen any additional guests as the owner will verify. The whole house, including the resort like backyard. I live close-by and will assist with any questions, but I'm always very respectful of guests and want them to have full privacy and peace. Walk to Everything. Great village location. Across the street from the beach. You can walk, take public transit, bike, or take a car. The house is on PCH, but it's tucked back away. You are literally across from the beach. During the day - if a fire engine comes by you will hear it but that's the same w/ all the cottages in close proximity to the beach.
