The Oasis House. Imagine yourself just across the street from the beach area in a newly updated cottage with nearly 3,000 sq feet of beautiful, resort like backyard space! AC - Yes. Heat - Yes. Beach Equipment - Yes. Strong Internet - Yes. Shared walls - No. To get to the beach, you cross one the street and walk through Heisler Park. It's a short walk that will take 5 to 10 min. Everything new. This place will rival the fanciest hotels in the area. This is a cottage for those who want to come to Laguna and walk to the beach and the village! One of the neatest / nicest cottages you'll find in Laguna! The backyard is one that will have your jaw drop. In addition, there's a 600 square foot deck. Has a nice ocean view from the giant deck. -Superb Location - walking distance to Village -Beautiful, new cottage - Everything remodeled -A yard like you'll never find in Laguna Beach -5-10 min walk to the beach The quality of this place can easily rival ANY elite hotel in the area including the Ritz! The back yard is one that you have to see to appreciate. There really isn't anything like it. Please note this listing is very strict on the number of guests allowed. Please screen any additional guests as the owner will verify. The whole house, including the resort like backyard. I live close-by and will assist with any questions, but I'm always very respectful of guests and want them to have full privacy and peace. Walk to Everything. Great village location. Across the street from the beach. You can walk, take public transit, bike, or take a car. The house is on PCH, but it's tucked back away. You are literally across from the beach. During the day - if a fire engine comes by you will hear it but that's the same w/ all the cottages in close proximity to the beach.

Great Location for the Perfect Laguna Beach Experience

The beach house was super cute, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The biggest perks were the spacious patio and location. The beaches, shops, restaurants and grocery store were all walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.

Clean, sweet beach cottage, set back from PCH. Bedrooms were super quiet, we all slept great! Perfect place to stay for proximity to everything you want to do in Laguna Beach. Iā€™ll be back with my husband : )

Great Location, good Hosts

This is a well-placed location. It is walking distance to the Coast and beautiful Heisler Park, as well as a suppermarket, galleries and a wine bar. It is well maintained, supplied and spotlessly clean. Additionally your Hosts are quite responsive. Laguna is a lovely spot and this is a good place to be as you enjoy the town and the Pacifc Coast.

The most value you can get in Laguna Beach!

Very accommodating and family friendly. Little touches like toothbrushes for guests and all the toiletries were available. These were the most considerate owners I have ever encountered. The beautiful and large patio allowed us to meet with friends and family with room to spare. We loved every second of our stay.

Second time and still great

We have stayed here twice now as we had such a great time the first time. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the beach! We went to most of the beaches and felt that the best beach was the one right across the street. On of our favorite spaces is the outdoor space as it is huge and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Perfect!

Location is perfect!! We were in town for the Laguna Beach VB tournament so we spent little time inside. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Outdoor space is like nothing Iā€™ve seen before!! Amazing! Outdoor gear was super helpful for beach time. Will definitely book again!

Always a great stay at this home!

This is my 4th (?) stay at this home. It is conveniently located close to the beach and amenities! Once you're parked, the rest of your stay is within walking distance. The owners do a great job with upkeep, and on this trip, I noticed that there were several new items including a new sectional sofa. The seating areas of the deck and patio extend the living area outside. I will be staying here again in the future.

Fabulous owner and property

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. 1 block from Heislers Park. Walk to restaurants, pavilion grocery,etc. Tina was wonderful. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house is very sweet and comfortable. The yard is really large with several seating areas and propane fire pits. Very beautiful yard with various palm trees. Will be back again.

Spring Break in Laguna Beach

We've spent spring break at this home since our children were young. Then we loved it for the large backyard and close proximity to Heisler Beach. Now that the kids are older we still love it. The large backyard used to be a place for our kids to play while we relaxed. Now we use it as an area to visit, rest and eat. And the close beach used to be wonderful because it was such a brief walk for small children. We loved the tide pools. Now it is wonderful because our kids can come and go as they please.The house has been updated since we first started coming. And it remains inviting and spotless.We will certainly come again.

My 3rd Stay at this Oasis!

This is my third time staying at this property. I have found the home very clean and a great place to cook meals or just hang out. I will continue to request booking as long as the owners will have me! The positives about this property: located right on PCH with close proximity to beaches, even though located PCH-adjacent - very private, parking behind home is super-convenient, walkable area, supermarket at the end of the street (again, walkable!), that deck and patio, and responsiveness of the owners. The negatives about this property: none. Thanks!

Excellent location, right next to Heisler Park where my husband was in a lawn bowling tournament. We walked to everything, the grocery store, the beach, restaurants. We greatly enjoyed the huge ourdoor space. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental.

Everything you need in one place

This property has just about everything you need for a great vacation and itā€™s close to everything. Once we arrived, we never used the car again. Walk across the street for a sunset BBQ at Heisler park. Walk down the hill to downtown dining and shopping. Take a free trolly to everything else. Set back from PCH with no noise. Weā€™ll be back next year.

Fun Beach Bungalow in the Heart if Laguna Beach

The best part of the house was the patio and common area. Itā€™s a great space for a girls trip. The kitchen had all of the amenities. Location is perfect to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Great Stay!

This is an excellent property. It is well located in an area that is very walkable. In ten to fifteen minutes you can walk to one of the nicest beaches in Laguna. There is also a large supermarket and several restaurants in walking distance. The outdoor space was great. We ate on the deck every night. The property owner was also very accessible when we had a problem with the air conditioning. It was fixed very quickly. I would definitely return to this property.

Wonderful beach house in Laguna Beach

This property is as advertised, just a short walk to a wonderful beach. My son counted the steps and concurs with ā€œ300.ā€ The house was perfect for me and my teen son. Wave board and beach chairs we could use, and a nice outdoor shower. Nice, fully equipped kitchen and pantry and a short walk to Pavilions (grocer) so it was easy to stock the fridge. Everything we needed was stocked in the bathroom, which was bright and clean. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing and watching ball games while at home. Air conditioning worked very well, but of course with the Pacific Ocean across the street it isnā€™t necessary much of the time. We spent two weeks at ā€œourā€ beach house for a change of location, working from home, eating at the excellent restaurants nearby, taking surfing lessons, etc. made it to an Angelā€™s game (short drive to Anaheim), Disney, LA and even took a day trip to San Diego to USS Midway. The house is also directly in front of what I called gallery row, plenty of excellent artists showing their work there. Very conveniently located. Parking will easily accommodate a large SUV. We walked or Ubered when going out locally. The neighborhood is chill and we will return!

Right in the heart of Laguna Beach

If you are looking for a place to stay that will allow you easy access to the beaches and to the center of the town, this is a great option. It is a cute little two bedroom with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen.

Excellent beach house

My wife and her friends had a lovely time making this house their home base as they explored Laguna Beach for her birthday weekend. I think they wished they had more time to spend in the house itself, as it was quite cozy and inviting. But Laguna Beach is always the draw, pulling you outside to explore! Thank you.

We have two great little boys who truly love Laguna Beach and will hopefully continue to be raised here.

We lived at this house until Spring 2014. It was the best house we ever lived at.

The kids absolutely loved the backyard and so did we. You just can't beat the location and proximity to everything.
