Everything is within walking distance, groceries etc...The location is unbeatable!

This cottage has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, Master bathroom has just being renovated, large shower in second bathroom, kitchen with all you need to cook all meals with dishwasher. Smart T.V. in Living room with gas fireplace and a comfortable couch with blankets and candles. Free Hi-Speed wireless Internet access. Games for kids, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Cozy comfortable front and back courtyard. Private. Sun room with a swing and a sitting area to sit and relax. Front and back private courtyard with sitting areas, trees and flowers.
SINGLE LEVEL cottage.

Great location with walking and trolley distance to tons of restaurants, art galleries, Main Beach as well as the Famous Pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival ( Summer months only, check for dates)

The Free (Summer Months) trolley in less than a 30 second walk and it comes every 15 minutes! Walk another minute and you're at the beach!!

The house is located in the Village areas of Laguna Beach off of Mountain Avenue ( For those of you who know the area!) The location is ideal, with all you need close by. There are over 30 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll. Historic San Juan Capistrano is four miles East. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry ride from our harbor. Newport Beach and the famous fashion Island is 15 minutes North.

Spend some time in this beautiful cozy and comfortable cottage and feel renewed and refreshed after a fun filled vacation with us!

Our stay at the Sea Cottage in Laguna was a dream! The house was exactly as pictured and our family had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed and was walking distance from the beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking space provided worked great for our small SUV. We started each day with a walk along PCH and the beach and ended each night with a cozy fire. Can’t wait to book the cottage again for our next trip to Laguna!

Quiet cottage in HIP district

This is a great place to stay while visiting Laguna Beach! It is incredibly quiet, despite being just a few blocks from the beach, and restaurants & shops. The front porch is completely enclosed with windows & door, creating a "buffer" between street and the living/dining area. The backyard is a wonderful, tree-surrounded courtyard. The two bedrooms are fairly private and separated from each other. Communication with property management was easy; questions answered quickly.I highly recommend this house!

Absolutely Perfect!

I was looking for a unique Laguna Beach experience and the Sea Cottage did not disappoint. The owner had so many upgrades including new bedding, new refrigerator, beautifully landscaped with flowers, very comfy new couch, and so many special touches. Upon entering, the cottage was was glistening clean, and all the amenities promised were there. I was even able to conduct some Zoom meetings, as the internet was high speed. Even though weather was unusually hot for Laguna, the AC kept us very comfortable and cool. We could easily walk to all our favorite spots and the beach closest to the cottage was perfect. I highly recommend, and hope to visit again.

Cozy Beach Cottage

We had so much fun at this darling cottage! Location is perfect and a few steps to great shopping and restaurants. Thank you to Carmen for her restaurant recommendations. Our family from Mission Viejo met us on the rooftop of La Casa Del Camino for great food and together we watched the sun set. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sun room for morning coffee and the outdoor patio for happy hour. This quiet cottage was a lovely place to come home to during our vacation.

Love the beach cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The neighborhood is amazing - so much within walking distance. And the house was very well kept and the owner was great at communicating with us whenever a question or anything arose. Can't recommend it highly enough - we hope to return!

Wonderful Historical Cottage

This historical cottage has loads of charm and is centrally located. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and attractively decorated. The enclosed back patio offered a private, partially shaded outdoor space in which to relax and enjoy the great weather. The owner was helpful and responsive. Can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Laguna Beach.

Sweet Cottage Great Location

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful Laguna beach cottage. Short walk to Mountain Beach where we went daily. Great shops and restaurants all around and very close to the trolley spot to hop on to go downtown. Hostess was great with very clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

Great location! However, dirty and no heat.

I've never left a bad review anywhere, but if you look at previous reviews, you will see that I’m not the only one complaining about the uncleanliness and electrical problems. The cottage in a lovely location—beach and stores all within easy walking distance. The host allowed us to access the cottage in advance. The place has a lovely outdoor patio for relaxing and dining. However, we were very disappointed with the uncleanliness of the cottage, such as : • 2 buckets of ice cream with expired dates • Dirty freezer (I cleaned it up) • Hair and wadding on bathroom floor • All the floor frames of the cottage are dirty and full of dust • The walls and the curtains were dirty too • Dirty oven and microwave (melted cheese) • Empty bottle behind the bedroom furniture • Grease on the BBQ • Handle of shower broken • Spider and thread of spiders. Also, it was so humid that it didn't smell good in the house on our arrival and it was cold. We had to start the electric heaters but it blew the fuse box. We could only use two heaters, which were insufficient to warm the house.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We loved this property and hope to return for a future trip. You can’t beat the location. We were able to easily walk everywhere and enjoyed being at the house when we were there. The back yard space was a perfect place for our 4 year old son to play. Carmen was very kind and helpful and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Sweet Sea Cottage!

We loved staying at the Sea Cottage! Accommodations were perfect! The owner made the process super easy. The location fit what we like… an easy and short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants and art galleries, yet we weren’t in the heart of traffic congestion or noise. Wonderful beach cottage

This was a perfect location for a birthday getaway for my daughter and me. Easy beach access, nice neighborhood. Brick patio with picnic table was perfect for outdoor breakfast. We also loved the glassed in area in the front for reading. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. You will love it! We would gladly stay there again!

We had an amazing stay in this lovely cottage. The location is perfect! 2 mins to the beach and the many shops. The cottage itself was full of character, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Carmen was a great host - communication was excellent and she was very friendly. Thanks for having us we will definitely be back!
