Relax and enjoy this pet friendly, 1200 sq. ft., ranch style home located in the amenity filled, Pocono Ranch Lands Community just minutes from Bushkill Falls in Pike County, Pennsylvania. This extremely quiet, gated, mountain community includes FREE horseback riding, ski slope w/ lift and chalet, pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, and horseshoes. Take advantage of the community amenities, or just relax and enjoy nature at its best in this private home located on just under an acre of well-groomed natural Pocono mountain landscape. Outside the home, you will enjoy an abundance of wildlife, a covered front porch, spacious back deck w/gas grill, stone patio, and a large fire pit. This three bed two full bath home includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room w/ gas fire place, washer/dryer, cable, Apple TV, and wireless internet. The master bedroom has a California king, second bed has a queen with full futon, and the third bed has a queen. (Garage is not included in the rental.) The property is conveniently located near route 209, and is a short distance to various hiking & biking trails, boating, kayaking, fishing, hunting, parks, beaches, zip lines, shopping, Bushkill Falls, Fernwood Resort, Shawnee Resort, and more! Whether you're looking for a quiet place to relax, or seeking the next adventure, this rental has it all!

Perfect Getaway!

What a great time we had! Everything we needed and more. Clean, quiet and great driving distance from Shawnee Mountain and local restaurants. Spacious and spread out! Fully stocked kitchen was great. Everything was great from start to finish. We are ready to book another trip back! Only wish we stayed longer!

Home away from Home

Home was clean and set up ready for us to use. The master bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows (bring more pillow cases) and there were two sets of towels in each bedroom (I use two towels for hair and body, bring more towels if you do same). Dogs enjoyed the smells of the neighborhood which is a woodsy gated community which reminded us of home. The TV had cable and house had internet all up and functioning. We would stay again if we are welcomed back.

Amazing beyond belief

The home was beautiful, well-furnished, and you could definitely tell that the owners have put in considerable thought preparing the rooms for us. The kitchen, in particular, was fantastic. The description isn't making an exaggeration to claim that a well-stocked kitchen awaits you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and regretted that we only booked 2 nights. Highly recommended.

4th of July in bushkill

The rancher was a little tricky to find, out gps didn't pick up the address, but Olga and her husband were very helpful over the phone. My parents and sister didn't have any trouble with their GPS, so maybe it's a jeep thing. Either way, once we got there, it was perfect. Our dogs loved the back yard, we had fires every night and toasted marshmallows. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and Cook ware. We explored bushkill falls on our rainy Saturday, and that was perfect because there weren't too many other tourists. We went for a trail ride at the stables on our final morning and it was a fun half hour. My parents kept remarking that the house was exactly what they were looking for (they're ready to retire and move closer to my sister and I). Wonderful vacation and can't wait to return!!

Lovely

We had a great weekend in this home away from home. We didn't get to go to the horses or pool but it worked well for us. Only negative is distance to stores but we knew that going into it. Bushkilll falls is also right around the corner.

lovely house

We loved staying at your at house this past weekend. We know wish we have stayed longer. The free skiing on staurday was a amazing experience for all of us.

A must stay!

I am so glad we decided to stay at this home for the weekend. We initially planned to go skiing, but the weather was too warm and there was no snow. We were a little bummed, but we able to take advantage of the horseback riding instead! The house was very clean, and Olga was always available to help and pleasant to talk to. We will defnintely stay here again, and will reccomend this home to friends and family.

Beautiful stay!

We stayed in this home for the weekend, and had an amazing time. The leaves were changing, and the weather was perfect. We sat by the fire at night, and went horseback riding, hiking, and shopping during the day. The Appalachian Trail at the Delaware Water Gap is just a few miles away and is worth the drive. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful get away with so many things to do!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay!! We were able to go horseback riding several times during our stay!! Including ring rides (for our granddaughter and the less experienced rider) and trail rides!! We also swam in both pools (Section 3 pool geared more for children). We were also able to hike at the PEEC trails ... just 20 minutes away... with several beautiful trails to chose from!! We took advantage of McDade biking trail and walking trail just minutes away also!! This rental fit our active life style perfectly!! Spent our nights around the campfire toasting s'mores!! We will be returning!! Thank you!!! 😊

Quiet clean cottage

My family and I stayed at this cottage for a three day weekend, and had an amazing time. It was nice to get away from our fast paced lifestyle for a bit to enjoy the outdoors together as a family. I would definitely reccomend this home to others.

Gem in the woods

What a great experience! My family spent a few days in this lovely home. It was so quite and comfortable. A big plus is to see a veggie garden and a berry garden on the side yard that we are able to use for our own enjoyment. Although not in bloom yet it's amazing to have something like this by the owner for anyone. Horseback riding was free always wanted to try and now my kids and I are addicted. We will defiantly come back. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
