You have often heard in real estate its Location, Location, & Location that makes a difference. Only one out of every fourteen units at Portofino have our view, with the afternoon shade if we face west we would bake all afternoon. From our balcony on the 11 floor you are looking at Gulf of Mexico Beach where all the swimmers are and also the walkway to the beach. Many late Saturday afternoons from our balcony we become uninvited guest to a wedding on the beach. However, we never been invited to the reception. On some weekends you will be able to watch, on the roadway for a marathon or bicycle racing event. I guess you could say if you were ever a people watcher, we have the best seat in the house. On floor 11, you will will hear the perfect sound to help you sleep. Just crack the door open an inch and hear the waves of the Gulf or sit out in the balcony and hear lightly the traffic go over the brick road jn front of the resort.
Anyway come and enjoy the resort with your family or as a couple, we will be more than happy to have you.
