Unique features at this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit at Portofino Resort, Tower 4. This unit has East and West Gulf Views from Living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Sleeps 8 people total and has a pull out sofa, and gives that "Live Big" feel. PortofinoTower 4 is also the closest tower to the indoor pool, spa, and lifestyle center. The large Dining table seats 6 comfortably. This unit includes a wet bar room with beautiful granite counter tops, ice maker, wine cooler, and sink in the foyer. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and two double beds in the Guest Bedroom, also reading lamps over every bed. Extra hooks near the laundry area, and hooks on all closet doors for your convenience. Washer/dryer in hall closet. This unit rents daily/weekly (3 day minimum) March through August **There are additional fees of a one time check in fee of $75.00 plus tax and a daily amenity fee charges from Portofino for daily/weekly rentals plus 12.5% tax as well. They will be paid directly to Portofino at check in. Fees vary by season $10.00-$20.00 plus tax, per day**

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! The condo and grounds were very nice. The condo had everything we needed, and the ice machine was a nice, appreciated perk. All of the staff and owners we encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. It was relaxing and convenient and fun.

Wonderful Vacation in Paradise

Every year, we do a group trip to Pensacola Beach and have loved this condo time after time. The unit is wonderfully decorated and has everything you need for a great stay. We look forward to returning again next year!

Another pleasant stay at Portofino!

The property had everything we needed, was clean and well organized, and provided a wonderful vacation for my family. It is a short walk to the ocean, the tower pools are never very crowded, and the food options are extremely convenient. Look into taking the trolley to dinner for a fun adventure, and it's free!

Beautiful Condo and Resort!

We planned a friends trip to Pensacola Beach, and this unit was stunning! It has a great beach feel and was very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very proactive and communicative. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Tower 4 unit 1105

Everything was great! They had extra cleaning supplies, garbage bags and coffee filters. We didn't need them but that was nice that they were available. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots and pans for us to use and cook with.FYI:The pocket door in the bathroom has a loose screw in the handle. The door to the balcony in the guest bedroom is very hard to open. So we didn't use that door.We would stay there again!

Tropical storm but VERY comfortable get away

Luxurious condo, very clean updated. It was out first time to Portofino, and we loved it ! We came to fish with a college friend, but instead had a relaxing time. Restaurant on site is a PLUS. We will be BACK ! Thank you

Awesome vacation rental

Everything was great except checkin. Emailed mgmt co for amenities form before we traveled and there was no reply. We couldn’t checkin without it. The resort and condo were great.

Most amazing views

Overall this was a very nice condo. The amenities were outstanding. The balcony offered beautiful views of the beach. The walk to the the beach was a stretch but worth it. Other than the flat pillows and my tv not working in the master it was a five star stay. I’d definitely stay here again but I’d bring my pillow;).

Great place Horrible cleaners

Really enjoyed the place but the cleaning crew they hire are very bad. Property manger should check the property more often. I think they are doing the owners a disservice.

Portofino rental Tower 4 2BR

Very nice rental. I have rented all over this property for years. We have family that lives in Gulf Breeze and this is our go to vacation spot. This unit was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable for our needs. Great view of surf from balcony. Easy first floor parking space. Will definitely use again. P.S. Could use some more pots. Lids got swapped somehow with a guest (I guess) and largest dutch oven/soup pot (the unit had only one) did not have a lid that fit!

This resort has a gated entry, each tower has a heated pool and spa, easy access to the beach and access to all Resort amenities including the Spa, Fitness Center, and restaurants. Guests also get complimentary cable tv, wifi and one covered parking spot. Onsite rentals of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and other equipment is available. And don't forget the amazing views!
