The comfortable, harmoniously furnished semi-detached house No. 1 in Haus Düne features a well-thought-out floor plan. A staircase leads to the very bright living-dining area, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and a coat closet. The high-quality built-in kitchen is the centerpiece of the upper floor, equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, and various kitchen utensils. A modern dining table rounds out this area. The bright living area is furnished with a cozy couch, a coffee table, a floor lamp, and a sideboard with a smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that define the space, you’ll enjoy a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. This allows you to take in the view in complete tranquility. Board games and a small selection of vacation reading material are also available to help you unwind. On the same level is a bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) featuring adjustable slatted frames, nightstands, a wardrobe, insect screens, and blackout curtains. One of the two bathrooms is also accessible from the dining area. This naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in rain shower with a flat entry and a clear glass partition, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a towel warmer. Two additional bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the lower floor, which you can reach via a staircase in the living area. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted bed frames, bedside shelves, a closet with a safe, insect screens, blackout options, and access to your furnished terrace (south/east) with sun loungers and a parasol. You can also reach the terrace from the living area via a staircase. The third bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted frames, nightstand shelves, insect screens, a wardrobe, and blackout options. The second bathroom, which features natural light, includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink area, a washer with dryer function, and the highlight of the house: a sauna that provides cozy warmth on cold days after a walk. High-quality tiles and underfloor heating further contribute to a comfortable atmosphere. A clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are additional amenities. Pets are not allowed. The spacious, naturally landscaped property is perfect for a game of badminton or various ball games. You can lock up your own or rented bicycles in the communal shed. Two parking spaces are located directly on the property. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book two or more sets, you’ll receive one dish towel and one shower mat as a one-time bonus.

A warm welcome to Haus Düne!
The Düne vacation home, consisting of two large, light-filled semi-detached houses, was completed in May 2025. The house was built on a hillside. One unit has 2 bedrooms and the other has 3 bedrooms. The fine sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the Baltic Sea during the summer months, and in the cooler months, long walks along the beach toward Göhren or Sellin offer a wonderful experience of nature. If you’d like to plan a boat tour, attend the Störtebeker Festival, or take a bus tour, you can visit the Haus des Gastes just a few meters away. The heart of Baabe is about 500 meters from your semi-detached house. Here you can visit many cafes, restaurants, and shops, as well as the Kurmuschel, which hosts a variety of events. A large playground for the little ones is about 200 meters away. If you’d like to explore nature on foot or by bike, there are many well-maintained hiking and biking trails leading toward Groß-Zicker/Thiessow or even to Sellin/Binz. The Baaber Bäderbahn, which is included with your spa pass, has many stops in town and runs back and forth between the main beach and the Baabe Bollwerk. The “Rasende Roland,” which also has a stop in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, is a major attraction for tourists across the entire island of Rügen. Let the island’s diversity surprise you.
