Featuring: All Viking kitchen in the master kitchen upstairs. 3 heating and air units , 3 kitchens including 3 stainless steel refrigerators. The home layout offers privacy, yet still connects you to everyone in the house without having to rent a separate property.

6 Bedrooms, 6 Baths. (3 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins (2 twin beds, 1 trundle twin over twin) and 3 queen size sleeper sofas account for sleeping 18 total)

All Hooked up is first tier, meaning you are directly across from the beach. A toddler could walk the distance from the house to the beach without being tired, you are that close (as you can see pictured!) This home is beautifully furnished, and the path to the beach is just steps from your front door. Yes, there is a path to the beach for your guest to walk to.

HOME LAYOUT: Bottom left has king bedroom, Master Bathroom, twin bedroom with 2 twin beds, hallway bathroom, sleeper sofa. The bottom left sleeps 6.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bathroom, living and kitchen area feature a pull out sofa bed, and flat screen T.V. The doors at the master bedroom will lead you to the pool area. Doors in the twin bedroom will leave you to the left front porch. The Bottom left unit is considered the handicapped friendly unit with an elevator inside connecting this unit to the top right.

The bottom right has king bedroom, master bathroom, queen bedroom, hallway bathroom. Sleeper sofa. The bottom right sleeps 6.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the master bedroom, living area features a pull out sofa bed, and flat screen T.V. The master bedroom doors will open to the pool area. The screened porch is accessible through the living area. There is a winding, wooden staircase that connects you to the bottom right unit to the top floor main living area.

The main floor upstairs features a Master bedroom with bathroom, Small bedroom with trundle (twin over twin size) bed, hall way bathroom off kitchen, foyer for entertaining,, dining room with balcony views,, kitchen area, and full size living room. There are multiple doors to front & back outdoor decking. The elevator & staircase lets you out to this floor. You can also use the elevator or stair case to take you up to the next floor - which is a tiny look out spot with a small porch with seating. You can take great pictures from up here! You can also come up stairs using the outside stair cases.

Gas grill under the carport, always free refills on propane! Guests needing elevator assistance will want to stay in the bottom left unit or the top portion of the home.
The spiral staircase & high ceilings make this home luxurious, yet comfy. Plenty of dining space with a table that seats 10, a bar that seats 3, & a foyer table offering seating for 4. This home is also equipped for the physically challenged. Use the elevator at your convenience with no extra charge- goes from ground level all the way to the roof top deck! 3 queen sleeper sofas & 2 washers and dryers help to accommodate all of your guests. plenty of game tables for playing cards. HD TVs, DVD, VCR, & stereo. Yes! There is FREE cable & WiFi at this home!
