The property was perfect for our trip. Easy to get around and find our way to the beach and back. It was quiet and the pool was a great way to unwind during the day when the beach was crowded. It was located close to shopping and eating places which was nice. We did have an issue with a pool alarm and they came and took care of it immediately, and the wi-fi was spotty at best which was a bit frustrating.Overall it was a great time and is a good property for large groups!

It was a fun place to stay, there were 10 of us staying and had plenty of room and activities to keep us entertained. Only complaint was all the signs about the HOA and fines we could incur if we stepped out of line. Kind of put a damper on our mood

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in e comunicação
I don't usually do reviews. I felt that I needed too on this one. Me and my traveling group agree that we will not rent this house again. The house has a good location and in a nice neighborhood though I didn't like the constant threat of fines from the HOA. This house needs several updates the couches show heavy wear and are uncomfortable, all bedrooms have very small dressers only room for one person. The dresser in are room had broken pull handles and one drawer wouldn't close. The handrail is dirty, slide my hand down the rail going down the stairs got a black streak on my hand. The pool house was small no storage and the bathroom lights didn't work luckily there another bedroom that we could use. The outdoor furniture was heavily stained, and the wicker table had two large holes rip in it. The pool table is badly worn has a rip felt top and the side rails had minimal bounce. And if you want to use air hockey or foosball you will have to get it out of the garage to use. There are positive to the house but the negitives really stand out. For the price we paided we expected a nice home with miniumal issues. Due to the low quality of the home we feel the house should be 25% lower in price. We found out that the house has recently been sold we hope the new owners will do the need updates.
