Come and play at our Blue Hawaiian VW97 island house! The floor plan was designed to give you great spaces to enjoy your time. The open kitchen, living room, and dining room is the perfect gathering spot for family time. The dining room table seats 12 to accommodate large groups. Before a stay at Village Walk please plan in accordance to the rules below:
1) Blue Hawaiian VW97 provides 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, for 3 medium sized vehicles. There is a golf cart parking place.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 97. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed
5) Towing is strictly enforced

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, and ensuite bath (first floor)

- Bedroom 3: Bunkbeds - twin over full, TV and ensuite bath (second floor)
- Bedroom 4:Queen bed, TV and ensuite bath (second floor)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet/per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
