Summer Breeze Just Steps from Beach & Perdido Pass

Just steps from the back door you are on the boardwalk to your own private beach!

From the front door you have less than 20 paces to the pool. This low density complex of only 21 units allows your family to escape from the usual vacation grind (no more fighting for spots at the beach, pool, and parking lot).

This ground floor unit is great for young and old alike as there are no stairs required to go anywhere during your stay. WiFi Included.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV with Roku and private bath. The guest room has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV. We even have our one of a kind 'bunk room' for the kiddos. Total capacity of 8 people.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and dryer and Smart TV in living room.

There is plenty of parking so we can accommodate multiple families, for those of you fisherman you have easy access to Perdido Pass and the Jetties where you can catch your fill of pompano, redfish, sheepshead, mackerel, cobia, black drum, and flounder.

Property features include and outdoor pool with bathrooms, boardwalk, outdoor shower, grilling area, beach chair rentals and views of the Gulf of Mexico, dunes, & Perdido Pass.

Great walkable proximity to some of the areas best restaurants, shopping, and marinas at San Roc Cay.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation. My family, husband, 4 boys and my parents all had a wonderful time. The condo was great and a perfect fit for all of us. It was very clean and a great spot for the beach!

We had the best time here! The place was perfect, right on the beach. It was me, my husband, our two kids, and my parents. My father has mobility issues, we rented a manual beach wheelchair for him and were able to take him right down the boardwalk and to the beach on it

Wonderful family vacation spot!!

We just stayed at this condo for Labor Day weekend. I must say that I highly recommend this condo to all! Vicki the owner was very friendly and kept in touch with us on making sure everything was going well on our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean and kid friendly. The view was amazing and the property was very clean.

Steps to the beach!!

We loved Summer Breeze! Perfect location! Walked to restaurants each night and a little shopping too! The condo has a view of the ocean and just steps to have your toes in the sand. We will be back!

I had to attend a conference in Orange Beach. This property was fantastic. It was close to the conference and allowed my faimily to enjoy the beach and pool. This has been the best condo i have stayed in while visiting the conference. cowas go

Great spot!

This place was a charming little spot tucked between two giant condos. The location is quiet and set away from the college scene, but not remote.. plenty of restaurants and shops close-by. The unit itself was clean and extremely comfortable, not to mention well-stocked with helpful amenities in the kitchen and even beach gear! Hosts were pleasant and easy to reach, though we didn’t have any problems. A definite gem, and hope to return soon!

Cozy and convenient

We vacationed with close family friends over Labor Day weekend. We had 4 total kids and 4 adults. Loved being on the bottom floor. Love how easy beach access is. Love the check in and out process. Love that we could check in early. The pool is small but we don’t vacation at the beach for the pool. Oh and one more love… this complex is small and quiet….

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 4 kids and the space was big enough for all of us and then some! We came with 2 other families that stayed in the building and we were all able to hang out in the living room and on the porch. The house came with a lot of fun extras for us to use at the beach. The kids were thrilled to find some fishing poles. We loved having the 1st floor that walked out to the beach, so convenient to come back and forth. We would stay here again!!!

Great Low Key Location

If you are looking for a great, under the radar location, look no further. It has all the conveniences of all the fancy, large, and crowded resorts around. Just in a much more laid back manner. We loved the location, view, beach, and pool. The jellyfish were a bit much, but only after 2:30-3:30pm. This time of year they are bad for a bit. It was just our time to get in the pool. Rooms were great and super convenient to and from the beach, like the best in the whole complex great. Highly recommended, and Vicki, the property manager, was a pleasure to talk with our entire stay.

Great experience!

We had a great time at this location! Staying on the ground level is a gamer changer with kids. It was just a short walk to the beach and they had plenty of sand toys and a wagon for hauling everything. They also had a high chair and toys for our baby which was a plus! All in all this place had everything we needed for a great beach trip with our kids. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

We had two families of 4 stay and this was perfect. The condo building is older, but decor in this unit is updated, and plenty of sitting and sleeping space for 8. The pool was mostly empty when we were there, which was nice for the days while it was sprinkling. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice to have and seemed to have everything you’d need. Centrally located and this beach was nice and a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great location, great condo!!

Vicki answered questions about the property before booking the condo and made checking in a breeze at Summer Breeze. The room was exactly as described. The unit is on the bottom floor and even closer to the beach than it appears in the pictures. The condo has everything you need for your stay. There are plenty of towels and dishes for a family of six, beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards. Really enjoyed our stay. Will likely stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

We recently took a girls trip to Orange Beach for Thanksgiving/Black Friday shopping. This review is strictly for the rental only, as we did not venture out on the property or the beach access. It was difficult at first to locate the property as we arrived at night and it is not a well lit area. We actually missed the keypad for the gate (not lit at all), and had to turn around. This is no fault to the owner of the condo, just the property itself. It could use some signs and lights. The actual rental was perfect for us. Property management contacted us via email the day before our arrival to let us know there was a leak from the ceiling in the guest bath, due to a water leak from the condo above. Unfortunately, there were a few holes in the ceiling because of this, but we appreciated being informed in advance. It did not effect our stay at all. The condo has recently been redone and we appreciated all of the new furniture, flooring, etc. Very cute! Bathrooms appear to be in the process of being redone and that will make the rental even better! King bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest room, and a tiny nook with bunk beds that would be perfect for young kids. Based on what we experienced on our trip, I do overall recommend staying here for your next vacation. Again, we didn’t get in the pool, or access the beach at all, so I cannot give a review about that. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Beautiful Beachfront Property

The condo was just as advertised in the listing; clean, well furnished and very close to the beach. Check in was easy and the property manager was great to work with. The condo had beach supplies and all of the regular household staples. If we travel back to the area we will definitely stay again. Plenty of room for our family!

Clean, convenient, low density condo

The condo was clean, communication was great with Property Manager. The unit has 2 bedrooms and a small bunk area in hallway. Perfect for 4-6 people. Condo is very convenient to boardwalk, and many restaurants near by.

Easy vacation and great location

Condo unit next to pool & beach was great! Ground level access (w/kids) was so convenient & outweighed us missing the higher level view of ocean. Condo complex was very short drive to grocery store and restaurants. The bunk bed room is best sized for kids. The kitchen/living space felt a bit crowded for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids (age 9,7,4). However, the owner did select smart furniture to maximize the space. Between patio and indoor space, it worked out fine for the week. We really appreciated all of the toys, beach towels, beach wagon, spices, condiments & starter products available for our use. We also appreciated the communication from property manager via email and text to keep us updated on check-in. Unfortunately our last night a tropical storm moved in, but the location of the condo (ground floor, inner unit) made us feel surprisingly safe during the torrential rain, high winds & tornado warnings. We had a wonderful week of vacation in Orange Beach and would definitely recommend and return to this condo if we ever return! Thanks so much!
