The Finca Es Molinet Nou is idyllically situated on a plot of over 21,000 m² with ancient olive trees – a place to relax and catch your breath. At the same time, it is only 1 km to the charming village of Son Carrió, where small restaurants, a bakery, a café and a supermarket are within about ten minutes' walk. Several of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Bona, are reachable in just 10 to 15 minutes by car. Golfers will find several renowned courses in the surrounding area. The Via Verde, a car-free cycling and walking path that winds around 30 km through Majorcan nature to Artà, also starts right on the doorstep – ideal for active holiday days.



House & Facilities:

The finca offers approximately 290 m² of living space, complemented by 70 m² of covered terraces and a small roof terrace with magnificent views. With a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it accommodates up to ten people and is therefore ideal for families, friendly couples or small groups.



On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner, large dining table and direct access to the terrace. The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen with practical pantry invites you to cook together. The ground floor also features three bedrooms with double beds, which can be arranged as single beds or separated on request. One of the rooms has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, whilst the other two share a further bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms: a room with two single beds and separate bathroom with shower, as well as the spacious master bedroom. This offers an additional living and lounge area, direct access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor is completed by a small fitness area, which also offers direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide pleasant sleeping comfort even in the height of summer.



Entertainment is also taken care of: a modern smart TV with access to DAZN and all common streaming apps allows you to not miss any sporting highlights during your stay – ideal for following, for example, the football World Cup matches in June relaxed from the finca.



Outdoor area:

The outdoor area is entirely designed for relaxed holiday moments. A covered terrace with a large dining table and lounge area provides space for shared meals and balmy summer evenings. Around the private saltwater pool, a generous sun terrace invites you to relax, whilst an outdoor shower provides refreshment. A separate outdoor bathroom with shower offers additional comfort. For sociable evenings, a modern gas grill is also available, and a table tennis table provides variety and entertainment.



For additional comfort, the property also has a charging station for electric vehicles available.
