Located just outside Syracuse in the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, Villa Opulentia is a beautiful 160 sqm property accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa features 3 bedrooms: on the ground floor, a room with a double bed and sofa bed; upstairs, a suite with a round double bed, sofa bed, and private terrace offering stunning views of the garden, pools, and sea. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 85-inch smart TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, high chair, and baby cot.



Outside, enjoy a lovely garden with a terrace for outdoor dining and, on the first floor, a panoramic balcony with sea views. The property offers two pools, one heated with a whirlpool function, both open year-round. There is also an outdoor shower with bathroom and a barbecue. The dining table in the living room can be converted into a pool table. For entertainment, guests have access to a ping pong table and table football.



On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars. The owners also provide electric bikes for guests to get around comfortably without using a car. No pets allowed.



The villa is located in the beautiful Plemmirio area, one of Syracuse’s most stunning marine reserves, just a 10-minute drive from Ortigia and the city center. The owners live in a basement apartment with a private entrance, except for the shared driveway. Guests have exclusive use of the pools and outdoor areas during their stay. Parties and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
