- This home comes with one off-street parking spot, and you’ll find additional, non-metered parking on both Hall and Price Streets.

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is overflowing with historic charm, including original hardwood floors, decorative fireplaces, crown molding, and pocket doors. You’ll feel as if you have your own private window to the past, all while enjoying the home’s modern luxuries.

The spacious downstairs living room has warm wood accents and plenty of seating, including a full-size sleeper sofa. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal in the recently renovated kitchen, which features gorgeous Carrara marble countertops, subway tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The elegant adjoining dining room has seating for eight, perfect for family gatherings.

At the end of a day of exploring Savannah, relax in one of the three upstairs bedrooms. The primary suite has a California king-size bed and en suite bathroom with an oversized, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an ornamental hearth, and a view of East Hall Street below. The third bedroom has a king bed, and can be accessed either from the second bedroom or the hallway. The shared second full bath has beautiful dark wood shutters, bead board paneling, a pedestal sink and a claw foot tub with shower.

Savannah’s top eateries, including 700 Drayton and Clary’s, are just a short walk away from Phillips House. Stop in Mate Factor for organic coffee, maté teas, and some house made pastries before continuing on your way to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space and a popular spot for events, festivals, and weddings. The house was really beautiful and beautifully decorated with tons of historic charm, however, this was not a great choice for a family with small children. We were petrified that the kids were going to break something our entire stay - lots of glassware and antiques everywhere. I wish the listing had been more clear about that. Again, very nice, just not kid friendly. Also, the house was missing a lot of amenities - there were hardly any towels or washcloths, not enough for each person and we had to do laundry each night so that we could each shower with clean, unused linens, no extra blankets, no dish cloths for doing dishes, no cleaning spray to clean the kitchen after we cooked. There also was not enough toilet paper or papertowels. We had to buy some on day 2. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to most of our destinations, so that was a positive. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were nice too. All in all, it was a nice stay, but we will be sure to inquire about how child-friendly the home is next time!

Very comfortable and fantastic location

Took my older Girl Scout Troop to visit Savannah. This house is perfectly situated - in easy walking distance around the historic district, plus a Kroger's and cute cafe just minutes away. The house was very comfortable for group of 7 and had great historic charm.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The spacious and cozy home was perfect for my family of 5, making us feel right at home.It was super convenient to have a grocery store nearby, so we could easily grab snacks whenever we wanted. The local coffee shop just around the corner was a gem. Plus, getting in and out was a breeze, and the off-street parking was a huge bonus!

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was the best! Coffee shop around the corner with Kroger across the street and a short walk to Forsythe Park. The one car off-street parking was a plus. The home was amazing with 3 bedrooms (the twin beds in one room was great), 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the first floor. The home had everything we needed. There were many joggers and walkers in the safe neighborhood. This property was perfect for the 4 of us good old friends!

Lovely Savannah Property

Wonderful location and property. We loved the convenience to Forsyth Park and proximity to the historic area. The property is well maintained and the beds are comfortable although the twin beds were creaky.

Perfect house

So much good to say! Very beautiful historic house. In amongst historic homes. Very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was in a fantastic location walking distance to so much. There was ample free parking close to the house. The ONLY complaint is the house was on the corner of a busy street, with night time traffic. But the house and location made up for that. Would love to stay here again

Perfect location - great house

Wonderful house in a perfect location to enjoy Savannah. Very very clean and wells stocked. Great communication from the owners. Some complain about road noise in the evenings but it’s really a non-issue. If you want perfect quiet then rent a house out in the country. Beds were comfortable and decent space for everyone in the family room. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Philips House is a lovely and roomy old home. Nice antiques and enough seating for at least 6. It had a very strong cleaning smell when we checked in and kitchen, bathrooms and usable surfaces clean. However, there is so much furniture that it all wasn’t dusted and seating stained. Paint a bit worn too. When we checked in the sink in the main bathroom upstairs had blue tape over sink and faucet so we didn’t use it. The next morning, Saturday, I contacted Lucky Savannah and a very nice man was out within an hour and found nothing wrong so we were able to use it. The beds were comfortable, but the two twin beds really noisy. Window covers are shutters so don’t completely block the light. If you like total darkness to sleep bring a sleep mask. Great there were lots of places to put bathroom things and belongings. Cute coffee shop at end of block and grocery store 2 blocks away. We would stay there again.
