Nestled perfectly in Destin's Miramar Beach at the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Holiday Road, Emerald Waters 404 is located on the top floor of this 4 story low rise condo (this building has an elevator) The grounds are lushly landscaped with palm trees, magnolias, and other tropical plantings. Emerald Waters includes a large lagoon style community pool (heated during some of the cooler months) and a relaxing bubbling hot tub. Ready to hit the beach? The complex is located directly across the street from the sugar white sand and emerald green water!

Fourth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Quick and Affordable

My wife and I decided to take a VERY last minute vacation. Searched on the app and within minutes I found this wonderful stay that was surprisingly very affordable being that it was peak season. Definitely going to to be booking again. Most likely that being our new tradition for our new family

Too good to be true

This stay was amazing, I stayed for about a week , check in was efficient, they even extended the courtesy of allowing me to check in early , “ but because the cleaning staff finished cleaning early “ which is why that was available, which made it so nice for me …. Everything was clean and as stated in the description… I made a maintenance call about the windows not locking and they came in a hurry to take care of the issue with ease and did not interrupt my stay at all , what a great place , and by this review, I know the owner knows I’ll be contacting again for another stay, thank you so much for actually having a clean property, so many other properties fall short of this !!!!

Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town in March for a wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. Very clean property, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Communication was fantastic. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The complex is small, so more intimate and it is a quieter complex, which was fine for us. The pool was heated, which was a nice feature for our 8yr old.

The best thing about this condo if you are not looking to spend a fortune is the beach access is so close to you. You come out of the condo and can be on the beach in a couple of minutes. The condo itself is definitely adequate for what you will need. One negative are the beds themselves. They are not comfortable; both are very hard.

We had a great time

The beach was a convenient close walk, this part of the beach had a shallow sand bar close to shore and made it especially fun for my three year old. You do have to cross a two lane road that was pretty busy, but drivers were always polite and let us cross. The condo is laid out very nice, with a stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and silverware to just fill the dishwasher during our stay, not having to wash dishes several times. Everything to do with the reservation making to check out was extremely easy and clear; with update texts along the way that kept things clear and simple. The pool was clean with pool floats to enjoy. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient. This was a fun and comfortable stay that I would do again at this location. My AirForce soldier got a weekend pass and throughly enjoyed his little break in this relaxing nice condo!

Beautiful place near beach

My family and I will rent this condo again. A little difficult finding places to eat due to lack of staff and closing early but nice, relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable and nice bedding. The condo is so comfortable and love the set up! It has everything you need to enjoy your visit to Destin! Another nightstand lamp in master bedroom would help. Management really kept you informed along the way, even on day of arrival. The only complaints are the elevators need some ventilation. They can be hot. Also, more luggage carts(larger)are needed. Many long walks with luggage(only 2 carts).

Very nice!

My wife and I stayed for a week in this 4th floor condo. It served us well. It was a bit chilly for sitting on the balcony, but the view was nice. I was surprised at the amount of traffic on Old 98, some of which was noisy, but it quieted down at night. The bed in the master BR was really nice. All furniture was comfortable, and having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The elevator was NEVER crowded and facility was clean. The cleaning crew at the pool was extremely nice. I would recommend different chairs for the balcony. The cheap plastic ones made me nervous to sit in. I took my chair outside to eat breakfast in. The step steps to get to the beach were not easy to navigate with all the beach gear we had. We used the public beach access the remainder of the week. We enjoyed our week there but would rent someone with easier beach access next time. If you are young and have lots of energy... the stairs will NOT be a problem for you. The "older" generation needs an easier access point.

Would Book Again

We rented this property me, my husband, and my 10 month old. PROS: *Location was excellent, right across the street from the beach! Also within miles to shopping centers and food. *I was expecting to have a community washer/dryer so to find it actually in the unit was a HUGE plus for us! *Ocean Reef was quick to respond when we didn’t have the parking pass listed, and the app was convenient and helpful! *Value for money 10/10. We would definitely stay here again. CONS: *The unit was clean, except for the second (smaller) bathroom. Looked like the tub had been used to wash off sand and was pretty dirty - wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t have a large family, but the master tub was hard to bathe an infant in. *A few basic cooking tools were missing, the one I can think of off the top of my head is a measuring cup. *The jets in the master tub didn’t work, this also wasn’t a huge deal just slightly disappointing. Wasn’t necessary for our stay so I didn’t report it while we were there, just upon checkout. A few recommendations: *I feel like providing coffee filters would be a good added expense - you can’t really buy these at the store in small quantities. *The pillows were VERY firm. I know this is just a preference but would probably be worth having a few soft ones in the closet. Overall the experience was really great. A few minor hiccups won’t keep me from giving this a 5 star rating.

Great location!

This was a perfect location for the price for my family of 5. Plenty of space with all the essentials right in the condo. Loved having the heated pool and hot tub when the beach and ocean were a little chilly. Easy access to beach right across the street. Will definitely recommend and consider for future stays!

Beautiful property!

I have been to Destin several times but this is by far my favorite property! The unit is updated and modern with beautiful decor and plenty of room for the whole gang. The location is what really puts this condo over the top. It is a very short walk across the street to the beach and surrounded by wonderful local Destin restaurants. For the money you will not find a better property in Destin. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

I am a frequent visitor to Destin, and have stayed at many properties. This was definitely my favorite! The condo was furnished beautifully, and spotless.The location to the beach was perfect. Just a short walk. Exceptional location to restaurants and entertainment. My only choice for Destin!
