Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
This place is a great location and overall a fine stay. It was clean and communication was great. But it definitely needs some updates. The mattress is very uncomfortable and AT LEAST needs a topper or something to improve it. Caused back and neck issues for us and we are in our early 30s and healthy. There are too many large decorative pillows for such a small space and they just make things feel cramped and less room to store your personal items. Not to mention they are probably very dirty after having to be moved to the floor to actually sit on the couch. The shelf in the shower slopes, so you can’t put any of your items on it - they just slide right off. Furniture upstairs needs an update. The table is huge and not in great shape. There are stains on the chair. I am voicing these things in hopes that improvements will be made because it is a great place. But these issues, especially the bed make for not a comfortable stay and are easy to fix. One of the big reasons we chose this spot was it’s proximity to the pool. But the pool was closed all 5 days we were there which was really a bummer.

Thank you for the detailed review! We're glad the location, cleanliness, and communication met expectations, and we're sorry the pool closure impacted your stay — it was closed for an unexpected maintenance issue during your visit, and we understand how disappointing that is when it's a big part of why guests choose this property. We also appreciate you sharing your notes on the mattress, decorative pillows, shower shelf, and upstairs furniture. We'll pass this along to our team to look into a mattress topper and some updates to the space — feedback like this helps us continue improving the home for future guests. Thanks again for choosing Homeowner's Collection, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with the pool back up and running!

Beautiful space in the best location

We LOVED our stay at time out of time! My husband and 7 month old were looking for a short getaway and we can’t say enough good things about this spot! It was beautifully decorated and located in the best spot - an easy walk into seaside, watercolor, beach, and right across the street from the pool! The hosts were fantastic accommodating an early check in and left a sweet welcome bag with complimentary towels and wine! We had such a lovely time and will be returning to this spot many times in the future! :)
