Our beautiful, one-story, pet-welcoming, updated with new kitchen, granite, tile, three-bedroom/two-bath villa is in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of Linkside in Sandestin. Enjoy appetizers and drinks on the comfortable screened Tiki Bar, while grilling some of the Gulf Coast's finest seafood on the provided gas grill. Then relax in the cozy living room complete with fireplace on the comfy sectional sofa that's big enough for the family to curl up on together and watch a movie or your favorite show or sporting event on the large LCD TV/DVD/VCR. Rest easy in one of the comfortably furnished three bedrooms. Our Master Suite includes a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a gorgeous travertine spa shower–you may never want to leave! There is a Queen bed and flat screen in the guest bedroom and the third bedroom is great for the kids with a full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle. Step just outside your back door and watch the sunset from the deck or pick up a few tips from seeing the golfers practice their swing on the adjacent driving range.
