Lovely Family Villa In Paradise!

This vacation rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washer, dryer, living & dining, private garage w/remote entry, screened-in furnished patio. DVD, Cable TV,free telephone calls to the US and Canada, and free wireless internet.

The villa is located on 25 acres of wooded pines with a tropical park-like setting. There are walks along two scenic ponds inhabited by a wide variety of bird life such as Great Blue Herons and Bald Eagles!

The amenities at Village des Pins include a heated pool & Jacuzzi, tennis and shuffle board courts, mini-putting green, basketball hoop and a clubhouse. The club house offers you a variety of activities, including billiards, board games, puzzles and book swap library. All of the equipment for outdoor amenities are located at the Clubhouse. Right next to the club house is the BBQ and picnic area located next to the lake and water fountain. There are two lighted tennis courts, open day or night.

There are numerous championship golf courses in Sarasota. Many casual & fine dinning restaurants are within a short drive from the villa. The famous Siesta Key is just 5 miles away.

A wide variety of cultural attractions can be found in the area, such as the Ringling Museum of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. There is also world class shopping at St. Armand Circle and Prime Outlet Mall in Ellenton. The Westfield Sarasota Square Mall, with a great food court and new 12 Screen Cinema is just a walk away.

Arts & Cultural attractions in Sarasota include the Ringling Museum of Art, the Sarasota Opera House, and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall

The house was comfortable and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet subdivision with an awesome large heated swimming pool and hot tub next to an idyllic pond. Everything on the house was functional. There were many towels and extra blankets. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were very nice to have on the days we went to the siesta key beach, just 12 minutes away by car. The location is south of Sarasota, and is close to Publix, Target and Costco. And driving distance from the beach and downtown.

This was our second stay at this vacation home, and we felt at home right from the start. This time, we also had personal contact with the hosts (sorry for taking your own house away from you ;-)We have an addition to the review from 2024. The couch in the living room is even bigger and more comfortable than the previous one.We will definitely be back a third time!

Just like home

all good but need new appliances. Stove and refrigerator are old. Other furnishings and style are very good. TV was difficult to operate.

September Stay

There were plenty of utensils, dishes, pots & pans, and silverware as well as supplies. The condo was spacious. Walk-in shower was great! Garage was nice to have as the weather was too hot!! Enjoyed having the pool. On another note it would have been beneficial to have more towel bars; towel rings were okay for washcloths but other towels would not get dry!..When we had several issues, Anton's son-in-law, Luke, was available to fix the problems. He made several trips to ensure that the problem was resolved. Although we liked our stay, there should be some improvements/renovations made to make the condo more appealing.

Erstklassige Lage – perfekte Ausstattung / First-class location - perfect facilities

The house is ideally located. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away and the wonderful beach of Siesta Key is also nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the furnishings in the house. There was nothing that was not available. Sometimes even several times. From sufficient crockery and cutlery to towels and bed linen, everything was plentiful and of very good quality. There are plenty of chairs, parasols and trolleys available for use on the beach in the large garage. We have never found this in this form at any of the houses we have booked so far. Simply great! The complex - which we were already familiar with from previous vacations - is also very nice, quiet and clean. The pool has plenty of loungers and is very clean. The process with the landlord was uncomplicated and we received a lot of information in advance. If the house is available again next year, we will definitely book it again.

Roomy condo

Roomy condo with lots of dishes and kitchen items, however, the king bed was uncomfortable. My husband got backaches and after a few nights had to switch to one of the twin beds. He also tried the hall shower & it leaked under the shower door all over the floor. Need more wash clothes (I only found 3!). Appreciated the night lights and close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and J C Penney!

great location

Property was convenient to hwy 41 and made it really easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the pool and the club house with the billiard table. I saw a roseated spoon bill at one of the ponds - was amazed!

Beautiful place, nice quiet neighborhood, nice pool, easy access to stores, restaurant's, and the beach!! Needed a little attn. to the air filter and the bath vents, but would gladly rent again!

Beautiful and Comfortable Villa

Our entire family loved staying at this villa. It was a very short drive to Siesta Key Beach. The villa was very cozy and clean. Many restaurants were within a short drive. The property owner replied very quickly whenever we reached out to him. We would love to stay here again.

OUTSTANDING!!!!

Not going to go into specifics on the situation but the owners were extremely accommodating to a problem we encountered when they didn't have to be! That being said lets move on to the property: Very spacious and clean. When returning from Ringling Museum, Celery Hill, Siesta Key or Turtle Beach it was like coming home. Then a short stroll to the clubhouse/pool for a relaxing dip the only thing to worry about was where we were going to go or what to cook for dinner. We did not use them but there were grills available by the pool. Centrally located to everything Sarasota/Bradenton has to offer. When we return to Sarasota we can only hope that this property will be available!

COVID Getaway

We needed a bit of time away from the cold and stresses of 2020, so we ventured to Sarasota after finding this home on VRBO. Spacious and clean in a lovely community. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The pool was a close walk away. Our kids enjoyed shuffle board and the pool table in the clubhouse. It’s location is ideal for shopping, walking and the beach. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely consider renting again on a future trip.

Great stay!

Great place to stay at! Very cozy! Easily and comfortably accommodated six of us! The only thing we did not like is that we had to wash the kids bedding sheets since they were sandy when we got there! Other than that everything was good! Large kitchen and washing machine and dryer are a big plus!

Sarasota villa

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa community. Many restaurants, stores, and shops nearby but complex quiet and secure. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are not adult size so would be nicer with twin or full beds in there. Our six foot adult son was not comfortable but made do. Villa is very well located and very roomy.
