Welcome to Churchill Plaza #1, a stylish and spacious one-level suite located in the center of Friday Harbor, just steps from the ferry landing. Set within a mixed-use residential and commercial building, this upscale residence offers stunning harbor views and the convenience of walkable island living.

The open-concept great room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the marina and ferry dock, with a veranda and deck perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. A cozy propane fireplace adds a warm, romantic ambiance in the evenings.

Chef-Ready Kitchen
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating at the island. A standard drip coffee maker is provided for your morning cup.

*Parking garage has a height limitation. Some full-size trucks may not be able to fit (6ft 4inch MAX). There are street parking options of 2
hour, 8 hour and 72 hour.

Fall trip to the San Juans

San Juan Property management was great in changing my property when I realized what I booked would be difficult for parking and access. Where we stayed was perfect for our needs. The management company was great in responding all along the stay.

Great location. Especially if you want to get your car in line early for the ferry and still have time to gather your stuff in the condo. We ended up visiting Orcas and Lopez because the ferry was so convenient. We were so happy we did. I’d recommend this condo.

Most suitable for families

Reviewer Comments: The only reason I'm only giving this property a 4 star rating is that it is more suitable for a family rather than two couples traveling together. There is no closet available for the 2nd bedroom and the bathroom for that bedroom is basically a laundry room with a tiny sink, a toilet, and a shower. Otherwise, everything is great: Location is perfect, the furniture is lovely and appears to be new, and the property was immaculate.

Perfect location in Friday Harbor, steps to nearby restaurants and shops, 1 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The unit is a vey comfortable 2-br, 2-ba unit which is maintained very well. Property management are very responsive.

Reviewer Comments: Churchill Plaza 1 was the perfect home away from home while visiting family in Friday Harbor!I traveled from NC with my 3 kids without my husband for the first time and felt extremely safe and comfortable. The condo is clean, spacious, and welcoming. The location is convenient to the ferry and everything in town and the views are stunning. We will be back!

Great Location in Friday Harbor

Super comfortable, upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath place with modern, open floor plan kitchen/ living area. We enjoyed views of the harbor, relaxing living space and comfortable beds. Property was spotlessly clean. Walking distance to grocery store, harbor, shopping and restaurants.

Mid winter getaway

Relaxing stay at the cozy and warm condo. Enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, the convent coffee shops in the mornings and the great location to take in all that Friday Harbor and San Juan Island has to offer in the winter. Great hikes, excellent restaurants and inviting small town charm.

Great Getaway Spot

Close to town with convenient onsite parking. We enjoyed how clean the condo was, it smelled like pinesol the whole time. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, towels, etc for use. The views from the condo were great and there were 2 decks with seating.

Amazing Friday Harbor stay!

The perfect spot for a family vacation.We spent hours on the two decks - amazing views of the waterfront. So relaxing. And so central to downtown - we could walk everywhere. Great shops, restaurants and more within just a couple of blocks.The condo was light, bright and had spectacular views. The best were super comfy, the bathrooms spacious, and the W/D allowed us to pack light for any weather. The building is super secure and safe.We arrived on an early ferry, and were just setting up to spend a couple of hours walking around before check-in - and got a wonderful text that the condo was ready for early check-in!Amazing place - we would definitely recommend it for a visit to Friday Harbor!

Rental was spotless when we arrived. As noted in other reviews, Some of the kitchen equipment needs to be upgraded. The faucet lever fell off and the coffee pot was missing a top and was unusable. For the price and fees it would have been nice if we could have either checked in earlier or checked out later. The additional fees and tone in the letter for failing to abide by the check in / check out fees seemed excessive.

Great Time!

This was an amazing property. We had three nights and the location was perfect in town location. Easy to restaurants and shops. Also the tour around the island in the Jolly Trolley was a lot of fun. I would stay here again when traveling to the Friday Harbor. Thanks

Not up to our standards

We use VRBO because we like the comfort of home. That means a fully stocked kitchen that allows us to cook. The coffee pot was missing a pour spout, the knives were dull. The pots and pans were a mess, overused and highly abused. There was not even a bowl to make a salad in. There were no dish towels to dry dishes. I could not have made a complete dinner here to save my life. One balcony was closed off upon arrival unknown to us, the other had very uneven and unsafe flooring that when walked on popped up. The TV was a joke. The pillows horribly hard and the beds very uncomfortable. The towels very small and were damp to the touch.The shower in the main bedroom kept filling up when used and had a gross looking white foam in it. There was not a tissue in the entire place to blow a nose. A few simple conveniences would go a long way to make this place homey. The elevator a pain to use and not Ada compliant with having to turn a key and push the button at the same time some people don't have that dexterity. Shame on you! Overall a big fail and we would not choose this place again. BEWARE if you like comfort

The large open common space with updated appliances with a great view of the harbor is most comfortable, as are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Attractive color scheme complimented nicely by lots of vertical grain fir trim. Clean, easy access and even had some olive oil and salt and pepper in one of the cabinets! Don't see that often. Wonderful visit and highly suggest as a great place to stay. Also easy walking to and around Friday Harbor.
