Lodge at Pebble Beach- Waterfront! Experience one of San Juan Island's finest vacation homes! The Lodge at Pebble Beach is nestled among the firs, pines, and ferns along the water's edge in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking and wildlife viewing.

The Lodge's great room offers dramatic vaulted ceilings, large windows, and French doors opening to the main level deck perfect for admiring passing boats and the occasional whale pod along San Juan Channel. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and leather chairs around the stone fireplace and entertainment center complete with satellite television, a DVD player, and stereo system. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features cherry cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a cooking island with a propane range, and breakfast bar. The waterside deck is complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The main level primary suite offers water views, deck access, a king-sized bed, a relaxing jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.
The lower level includes two bedrooms both furnished with queen sized beds, a full bathroom, and a large game room with a pool table, a propane fireplace, and a natural wood sauna.

There is a private pebbled beach just steps from the house accessed from a medium bank waterfront via stairway. (Stairs are used at guests own risk)

Nearby parks and beaches include Roche Harbor Frisbee Golf Course, English Camp, Young Hill, Roche Harbor Trails, Roche Harbor Reservoir, plus many more.

This home does not have Air Conditioning. A few open doors or windows to let the ocean breeze in is adequate to cool the home.

Firewood is provided in the off season.

This house has good cell phone reception.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

This home is a 10-minute drive to either Friday Harbor or Roche Harbor. The neighborhood road to this home has high speed bumps. The driveway to this home does not have speed bumps.

The internet / Wi-Fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.
