Comfortable mobile home, with spacious bedroom & bathroom. Cable is provided, along with a stereo system Also has two other pull out beds. The mobile home has a lounge area on the outside of the property. A kitchen ready to be used and equipped with an American coffee maker and a Cuban coffee maker. The property is closely located to the Calusa's Campground dock. As a guest of the property you also get free and unlimited access to the campground's pool with a sun deck to sit back and enjoy the weather!

Pictures are deceiving

We were scheduled to stay at this property starting Tuesday, Jan. 1st to Jan. 31st. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell. The floors were dirty. There was roach gel on top of the fry pans, along with a dirty dustpan. The bathroom cabinets were filled with the owner’s private belongings, as was the bedroom. We pulled the covers off the mattress. It had dried blood stains, other yellowish stains, and blood trails along the edge of the mattress. The mattress in the second bedroom was worse than the first bedroom. We decided to sleep in our vehicle that first night and thought we’d reevaluate the next day. In the morning, we knew we could not stay here. We saw insects on the mattress and on the floor. We contacted VRBO. They said they would contact the owner and we should come back at 4pm. Upon return, we saw that nothing had been cleaned. The owner did respond in the evening and said she was bringing a new mattress and said that the earliest she could get there to clean the property was FRIDAY. We asked VRBO what we should do in the meantime. Who would pay our expenses until the unit was fumigated for bugs and professionally cleaned? There was no answer. We were told the owner did offer to bring a new mattress that night, but we were afraid that we might contaminate our own luggage and belongings with bugs if we stayed there. We do not know if she ever brought a second mattress! We took photos and send them to VRBO. Don't be FOOLED.

Beautiful Retreat. ⛱🌊

As always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay(28days) in the Beautiful Florida Keys. Well maintained, clean and friendly neighborhood. Gated and secure campground centrally located to drives to Miami, Key West and the Everglades. Owner Jaime was very accommodating and prompt with replies. Will definitely stay again. Thanks again Jaime for an Awesome visit and recognition of our Nations Veterans. 🇺🇲 Sincerely C&B Phillips.

Spring break

This property was great compared to hotels rates. RV still felt roomy and homey even with 6 adults. The outside area was great for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. The pool and tanning platform are a short walk away. The beach was also super cute. The property manager was easy to contact and quick with replies. Overall 10/10 experience and would stay there again.

Campground was great! Trailer was marginal at best!

Has severe ant infestation. Laminate floor is separating, dangerous. Stove is mounted in a way that brushing the control knobs releases gas. Had gas in trailer several times. No smoke/ fire alarm!!! Ground fault in bath not in working order. Parking difficult because of awning supports. Awning was missing. Under sized frig in trailer.

Great place to enjoy the wonderful weather of the keys.

Weather was great..... a few chilly spells but..... NO SNOW.... which is why we come. Most everything we did was outside. All you need the trailer for is bedroom and bath and they were ok. We had a few issues and Jamie was right on it. You couldn't find a better person to rent from. On the weekends Calusa is a "bit" festive but most don't abuse the party time and with 24 hour security it's a nice place to stay. We used the pool a lot and played pickleball on their tennis court. Great sunset view from their little gulf side bay. Lord willing we plan on coming again next year.

It was very noisy due to the holiday.

Also we were under the impression that we would be able to cook but we could only cook on the grill. The trailer was clean and cute with very nosey neighbors. The owners said that we would be able to keep our boat in the water but that wasn't the case.

I am sorry for any inconvenience, that being said cooking is a possible inside the trailer; even though most of it is expected to happen out side as stated in the agreement, Also parking on the water is based on availability & for a maximum of 48 hours per parking also on the agreement.

was perfect

this place was at a grate price the owner was very prompt on her replies and very help full with all of our needs i would definitely stay here again . plenty of room in a laid back atmosphere boat ramp on site making it easy to get my boat in and out of the water . fishing was good and there is so many things to do in the area im grateful to the owner for such a fast confirmation on our booking where it was done two days before our trip again just want to say thank you again for allowing us to use your home
