Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- The name Sunny Day comes from our grandson, who loved his raisin bran cereal with the smiling sun on the box, often calling it 'Sunny Day'. Seagrove captured the essence of a true beach community—quaint, friendly, and with wide-open beaches. Our home is perfect for family and friends, with 4 bedrooms and a bunk room for 4. A queen bedroom on the first floor is ideal for older family members. We have multiple outdoor spaces to relax, plus a community pool (heated seasonally) just beyond the patio. Two beach accesses are nearby, with a third coming soon.

Lined with artsy villages, coastal lakes, upscale boutiques, eclectic beach bars, and world-class restaurants, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone. This unique destination has 25,000 acres of protected habitats. Among many things, this area is known for its family-friendly environment and is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. The Timpoochee Trail bike path connects all the villages of 30A. Be sure to take your bike out and explore! The villages of 30A include: Dune Allen Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, WaterSound, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.
