The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the pines as you step inside to warm wood tones, vaulted ceilings, and the glow of gas fireplaces. Evenings invite you to gather after a day in the mountains, while mornings begin slowly with coffee and conversation in a spacious great room designed for shared moments and easy comfort.



The space

This lodge-style home offers 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests. The thoughtful floorplan includes main-level living with no stairs required to access the living room, kitchen, dining area, and three master bedroom suites. Two additional master bedroom suites are located upstairs, along with a bonus bedroom that features two twin bunk beds with four twin beds total. Each bedroom includes a TV, and linens and bathroom essentials are provided.



Living areas

Two separate living areas give everyone room to relax. Settle in by a gas fireplace for movie nights, enjoy cable or Roku streaming on Smart TVs, or gather for games. Entertainment options include a pool table, arcade machine, board games, and ping pong in the heated garage, making winter evenings just as enjoyable as days spent outdoors.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped for group cooking and long meals together. It features a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, dual electric ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators. A large island provides extra prep space, while the custom dining table offers comfortable seating for shared meals. Coffee is easy with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.



Outdoor features

The hot tub is available year-round and offers a relaxing way to unwind after skiing or exploring the area. A private patio and backyard provide outdoor space when weather allows, along with a gas BBQ grill. Touring bikes are provided for guests when conditions permit.



Recreation and location

SHARC passes are included with Unlimited Use, providing access to shared recreation amenities such as pools, tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf, and marina access. The home is located in Sunriver, about 30 minutes from Mt Bachelor, making it a convenient base for winter skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Bend’s restaurants, shops, and breweries are also within easy driving distance.



Additional amenities

The home includes central heating and air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace in a common area, two washers and two dryers, a two-car garage, and parking for up to five vehicles including the garage.



Important notes

This is a no pet or animal home. The layout and amenities make the space well-suited for families, couples, and group gatherings looking to enjoy Sunriver’s four-season setting in comfort.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!



Please Note:

The Sunriver golf courses have become private courses as of the 2025 season and are no longer available to the public. Additional membership options are available if guests choose to contact the courses directly and we are happy to provide contact information by request.

All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and made up of 11 roundabouts, or "Circles". Fairway Lodge is located between Circles 6 and 7 in Sunriver, and overlooks Woodlands Golf Course. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro offers free downloadable community maps by request and included in guest check-in details.



Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved paths for walking and bikes to the SHARC, The Village, Marina (boat launch), and The Lodge.

Interaction with Guests:

Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.



Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
