Any questions regarding reservations will be sent by VRBO Inquiry prior to booking or it is assumed you have accepted the House Rules listed below. Proceeding with your booking is your agreement that you have read and agree to all House Rules.:

2 Nt min: any season not specified
3 Nt min: Ski Season, Spring Break (Jan 3 - Apr 15)
4 Nt min: MLK, Presidents, Memorial , Labor Wknd (3 Nt by Req, Sun Depart not typically avail for holiday wknd)
5 Nt min: Late Spring - Early Summer & Thanksgiving (4 Nt by Req)
Summer/Peak: 7 Nt min (Mid-Jun - Labor Day, SUN-SUN week only) (4-5 Nt by Req)
Christmas/New Years 5 Nt min: Christmas (Depart by Der 26 or 27, by Req) - New Years (Set Weeks: Dec 26 - Jan 2 or Dec 27 - Jan 3, by Req)

Schedules: If your dates leave open nights that we cannot rent (referred to as a "dead night"), or less than the required minimum of the date range for the season, we will review and offer to address the issue before confirmation (not to finalized stays). with an offer to change your dates or property, if available. If declined, you agree to a GUEST REQUESTED full refund cancellation due to the missed House Rule.

Sync Errors: At times calendars may not sync correctly due to a VRBO error. You agree that the written minimum nights apply and should a rates issue occur due to invalid calendar issues, we will offer to change your dates, adjust your rates, or move you to an alternate property, if available. If declined, you agree to a GUEST REQUESTED full refund cancellation due to the missed House Rule.

All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. We also feature in-home various amenities including pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and arcades games.

Conveniently located in Sunriver, our homes give easy access to The Village at Sunriver mall for coffee shops, dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Delight in bumper cars, ice skating, rock climbing, and family days. Guests will line up to stop by Goody's for homemade ice cream!
