Cape Cottage is a premiere, luxurious 3 mile off-shore property where every detail for your perfect family vacation has been thoughtfully considered. The owner's high standards will be evident throughout the home! Located less than a 5 minute drive to Avalon, you'll enjoy everything the shore has to offer in your own private oasis, close enough to the beach yet tucked away from the crowded island.

ABOUT CAPE COTTAGE:
The main attraction of this home is the incredible outdoor entertaining area. You'll love the custom designed 18' x 40' heated swimming pool with a large raised spa which easily seats up to 12 adults comfortably! It also features 2 waterfalls and a sun shelf, perfect for little ones to splash around on. At night, the glow of the pool lights along with the soft ambient lighting from the deck and firepit will be the perfect backdrop to unwind after a fun packed day. The expansive deck has an outdoor sectional couch, fire pit, Weber grill, dining table with umbrella and seating for 6. There’s also ample seating for everyone around the pool with 4 chaise lounges. Lawn games, such as corn hole and horseshoes, are provided for guests to enjoy in the back yard.

The main living area features open concept living with a high-end custom kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay: dish & dishwasher detergent, paper towels, basic spices, Keurig coffee maker, full size coffee maker, lobster pot, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and much more. New Smart flat screen tv’s are provided in every bedroom and a main tv in the living room. Highest speed Internet/WiFi provided. Guests will enjoy the convenience of every bedroom having its own dedicated full-size bathroom. The master has an ensuite and there is also an outside shower by the pool with cold and hot controls. Bedroom configurations are as follows: 1 King, 1 queen, 2 fulls (bunk bed) with 1 twin trundle. Upscale furniture and bedding provided throughout this beautifully decorated home. 6 Avalon/Stone Harbor Beach Tags provided for use during your stay. Anyone 12 and older are required to have a Beach Tags while visiting the Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches. Additional daily or weekly tags can be purchased while on the beach if needed.

In the large garage you’ll find complimentary beach chairs, oversized beach/pool towels, beach umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, beach toys, high chair, stroller, pack n play, pool floats and noodles are also provided for guests to use.

Although nobody wants to do laundry Full size washer and dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. A starter pack of detergents and bleach are provided.
