Great vacation spot

The property is amazing!!! The pool and pavilion are stellar and made our family experience all the greater! Ed, the owner was a superb host and made certain that our every need was addressed, before our stay! The property is outfitted like no other and can accommodate a large family gathering easily with room to spare. We are hoping to return next year!

Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved this property! We had a fantastic stay — the house was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and stores, which made everything super easy. The home itself was perfect, and we made great use of the pool and spacious yard. Edmund was very responsive and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway!

We appreciate all the amenities, activities, and space the house has to offer. It was perfect for our family of all age ranges -- everyone could do as they please without intruding on one another, whether it be relaxing inside, swimming in the pool or spa, or enjoying the yard and playplace. Not to mention all the choices of board games and pool floaties! The host was very accommodating and available for any questions. Would highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen has all the usual required equipment and much more. We cooked several gourmet meals and even found a garlic press in the gadget drawer! Outdoor facilities are spectacular from grilling to playing in the pool. We all loved it, and the owner is attentive and available whenever needed. We'd love to go back again.

Check-in and check-out went smooth. The property was exactly as expected. We enjoyed the pool area the most. There were lots of things to do nearby. The host was easy to communicate with. One day my son-in-law asked if there was an air fryer in our kitchen, asked Ed if there was one. He said no. Within 2 days an air fryer was delivered to the house. Overall a 10 out of ten!

Amazing house, amazing location!

This house is fantastic—extremely clean, functional, updated, and comfortable. We had 18 people (adults, teens, kids, and a baby), and everyone loved this place. We grilled burgers and hot dogs, played cornhole and other yard games in the grass, swam in the pool, and used the hot tub. So fun! And the location is great— there’s a grocery store two minutes away, and beaches and boardwalks and shopping are all just a short drive. Plenty of restaurants right near the house too. The owner, Edmund, was very attentive and prompt with answering any questions that we had, and even made a quick trip to let us back in after we locked ourselves out. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Venue for a Special Celebration!

We rented The Pavilion to host my daughter’s baby shower, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Edmund went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful and hands-on, taking the time to show us how everything worked and where to find anything we might need. He thought of everything!The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable—everyone in our group commented on how great the beds were! It had everything we needed and more.The pool, hot tub, and yard games were a huge hit and provided hours of fun for both the adults and kids. It truly felt like a mini resort getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a more gracious host. I highly recommend The Pavilion for any special event or relaxing family gathering!

Spectacular vacation home that exceeds all expectations!

Four families came down to stay at this remarkable home for a lovely week. We were a total of 8 adults and 8 children age 12-16. The home was truly exceptional in every way. The photos and virtual tour are highly accurate. The home is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The owner has placed a ton of attention into every little detail. It would be difficult to say what this home lacks, because it has far more than we expected. From all the high end interior finishes, to the luxurious pool and pavilion, to the outdoor grills, to the extra appliances, to the gym equipment, to the landscaping, and fun toys… everything was given thought. More impressive than the home itself, is the owner. He provided excellent communication leading up to our stay. He met us at check in and greeted us with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. He maintained communication with us throughout the stay to ensure we were satisfied. We have never met an owner this spectacular - “Superhost” doesn’t do him justice. We loved our stay, wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and would highly recommend to anyone.

We booked this property for a family reunion and to celebrate our grandmother's birthday. We had 16 people and two small dogs stay over. It was the PERFECT property. The home is big enough that everyone can split off and do their own thing while still remaining close to each other. At any given time, we had people playing in the heated pool, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying a BBQ on the deck, or hanging out inside to play board games. There was never a shortage of activities to do at the home or around the area. The dogs were able to enjoy the yard located by the pool area and we were able to let them run around without having to worry about them being hurt or slipping through the fence. Ed keeps the house stocked with anything you might need and was extremely attentive. We were running into issues connecting to the speakers located on the deck and Ed was there to help before we were able to finish troubleshooting ourselves! He was seriously an amazing host and worked to ensure we were able to relax on our vacation. Our whole party really enjoyed the home and we will definitely be back for any future reunions we may want to have. This was the perfect home away from home and such a wonderful experience. You will not regret staying here! It was one of the most stress-free, relaxing vacations we've had - even with a hectic house filled with multiple people and two dogs!

June 2025 Dance Trip

We recently had the pleasure of staying here while attending the Nationals Dance Competition, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!The outdoor area was truly a standout feature of our stay. The pool area was enormous and impeccably maintained, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation. We loved the abundance of umbrellas, lounge chairs, and pool toys. The yard games added a fun touch, and we appreciated the sofa area for lounging in the shade. The grills were perfect for our evening cookouts.Indoors, the property was equally impressive. It was clean and comfortable, with upgraded kitchen areas that boasted a variety of appliances, making cooking a breeze. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for storage. The showers were luxurious, featuring multiple rain shower heads that provided a spa-like experience after long days of dancing.Our host, Ed, was a pleasure to interact with. He was very pleasant and thorough, ensuring that we had everything we needed, including toiletries and kitchen supplies. Ed was also quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We spent the majority of our time outdoors by the pool, making the most of our days in the sun. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from the dance venue and close to nearby beaches.This stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot.

Cape May Court House has grown into a fabulous hub for us and our guests with easy access to beaches, restaurants, airports, water parks and world class golf courses.
