You can also barbecue on our grills by the beach.

The condo is constantly being updated with new furnishings and amenities to keep up with the needs of our guests. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. The spacious living room with spectacular oceanviews has a pull-out sofa and a 31 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo. A washer and dryer is located in the unit for your convenience. FREE WiFi access right from the condo!!!. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 21' TV/VCR and a connecting full bath. An additional bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath provides for an additional sleeping room.

The beach is renourished and very quiet. This property is in a perfect location for a family nestled right outside Myrtle Beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our week long stay. The condo was completely furnished with everything we needed( Except beach towels which you would normally bring), was very clean and you could tell the owners really love this property! We would recommend this to anyone... Thanks Daniel we loved our stay!

Great place

I had a great time at royal gardens resort. The room was nice and clean upon arrival and check in was easy. During my stay the owners promptly answered any questions I had. There were no issues with this place at all I will be staying at this location and this condo for many years to come!

Lovely condo, feels like home!

This condo and resort is just beautiful. The condo is lovely, it felt like home. Amazing ocean view front, washer and dryer in the condo.... very clean and upgraded, just great loved it. it is 12 miles from Myrtle beach, so if you want relative quiet beach to stay around and drive few miles to Boardwalk this is your best bet.

Great Stay

We were happy with the location and condition of the condo. The resort was older but in good condition. The employees were friendly and helpful. We ran into a couple of minor issues but the owner was easy to contact and took care of things immediately. We definitely plan to return next year.

The Best Ocean View in Myrtle Beach

In all my years of vacationing in this area, this was the best view I have ever had. The way the building is designed allows for optimum ocean/horizon views, and you can see in both directions. The owner of this condo exudes professionalism and provided the best customer service I have ever encountered through VRBO. He even checked on us to make sure that we were safe, as we were vacationing during Hurricane Irma. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family vacation spot...you will not be disappointed with this condo!

We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely condo! The condo is equipped with everything you need; literally everything from linens and towels to pots and pans is all furnished. We cooked quite a bit in our room and never once needed something that wasn't there! The condo was the perfect size for our family family 4, but with a fold out sofa it would comfortably fit more. There was plenty of seating in the living room and the views from the 15th floor balcony were breathtaking. The owners were great to work with and all the transactions were so easy. I had to email Daniel upon arrival and he was quick to respond! It was so nice being able to just go up to the room when you get to the beach instead of having to go check in somewhere. The price of this room was better than most all other rooms in the hotel. My mom also got a 2 bedroom in the same hotel and paid significantly more for her room then we did (and ours was much nicer!) The hotel is nice also. The pool/indoor pool was fantastic and there was always plenty of pool chairs and beach space so overcrowding wasnt an issue. We hope to be able to stay in this room for years to come and my kids cant wait to come back to "their" beach house again!

Great View. Apartment had issues.

Patio door was almost impossible to open. Refrigerator leaking onto floor. Called property management. Acknowledged they knew about problems and said nothing they could do currently. Second born and bath very small. Needs humidifier badly!!

Was nice waking up to see the beach and hear the ocean. Condo needs some repairs.

Balcony door was very difficult to open and shut, kitchen cupboards were missing a handle, few places with black mold on the ceilings and we found a lot of garbage that wasn’t ours throughout the condo. Furniture must not have been moved to clean properly and towels and other items in the register vents.

Vacation Rental

The condo is furnished nicely. However, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The floors left our feet black. My husband & I both washed our feet before putting our shoes on. The textured ceilings had dust clumps on them. The sheets on our bed looked to have coffee mug stains on them. The in-unit washing machine does not work properly. I emailed the owner to inform him. He wanted me to contact a maintenance person to take care of it. Sorry,but I'm on vacation. It's definitely not my job to find a repairman.

Location

The location of the property is phenomenal . literally right on the beach and on the 15th floor views were spectacular. Loved the fact there was a little bar and grill right on the premises . This property definitely needs updating. There were no clear cut guidelines for check in except to call someone who did not answer and did not call back. Luckily we found a maintenance man who let us in, keys were locked in the unit. Patio furniture needed to be cleaned and should be covered as there was bird droppings all over it. And petty I know but there was only 1 garbage bag in the unit. but overall served its purpose.

Beautiful view from the 15th floor

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Gardens resort. It was our first time staying on the 15th floor and the view was worth it! The resort had luggage racks to make it easy for unloading and loading the car. My kids enjoyed the indoor hot tub after playing in the ocean. It’s is close to lots of great restaurants and only 20-30 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Our only complaint is that the condo it older and could use some updating and cleaning.

We loved the place view was great saw turtles dolphins from the balcony Problem.... The balcony was very dirty with bird poop and the chairs were really old and needed repair. The inside was good very clean. The bed spreads were very old but clean.

Not as Advertised

Where do I start? First of all the washing machine didn’t work. The day we checked in, we were told it was broken and that someone would be there to fix it the next day. As far as I know no one came. I called the property management to inquire. I left a message with a person who said maintenance would call me in an hour. I never received a call back! Also when we entered the property we found dirty towels piled up beside what appeared to be clean towels in the bath tub. I called property management about that too and left a message. But since they didnt return that call either, it’s a good thing housekeeping came by accidentally thinking our room still needed cleaning because they removed the dirty towels and gave us new ones. Also upon arriving we went to the balcony to look at the view which was beautiful and we found all the chairs out there except one were covered with bird droppings and feathers. Later we discovered there were only 3 bowls provided so we were constantly having to wash those bowls out by hand. The hot water was also limited. We all had to take cold showers more than once and there were only 3 of us. Some of the ceiling tiles in the guest bathroom were loose and about to fall out. Plus the hook on the back of that door is loose and fell off the door. The handle to the balcony door was broken off. The handle to the oven door was broken off. And the toaster didnt work.

Beautiful view

The view was outstanding! We saw dolphins every day. Location great for a quiet getaway that's close to the best seafood in the area. Indoor pool is a little chilly though so keep that in mind if you're going in the off season.

This property has the amenities i was looking for and was right on the beach. The view from this floor was magnificent, never been that high up before. The unit was not maintained well. There was dust on the ceiling in the kitchen and along side the kitchen island so we could not turn on the fan unless we wanted to get dirt in our food. The bathroom shower had a curtain that was no long enough and flooded the bathroom when we took a shower. The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close with the handle that needed repaired, there was dust in the bathroom vents and it looked like the bedskirt in the master bedroom had never been washed. If you have a property you should maintain it.....

Great location

The view from the balcony is amazing and the nightly fireworks are great. The listing pictures show pads on the dining room chairs... there were no pads. The condo needs a good deep cleaning... ceiling fans are dirty and the floors were not clean. The dishwasher still had dishes inside and we were asked to load and run the dishwasher but there is no dishwasher soap. The towels are small and there were no bathroom hand towels or kitchen towels. There were no bath rugs and the bed pillows were quite old.

My husband and I purchased this condo for us to enjoy with our 5 children. I enjoy talking to my guests and love to manage this property. My guests are very important to me and I treat them like I would like to be treated when I am on vacation. So I make it as much hassle-free as possible by keeping it clean and updated and eliminating their 'fears' of renting from the internet! I understand their apprehension so I have set up many safequards to reduce their fears when renting. I have been doing this for over 5 years and have made many good friends along the way. My family and I love to come to this part of beach. We have other condos in Myrtle Beach but enjoy this one because of its quiet and serene beach. You can actually find a spot on the beach to sit!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The dolphins are fabulous to watch as you sit on the balcony. My kids also like all the fireworks that take place every night in the summer. It feels like the fourth of July every night.
