Located just outside the Historic District of Lewes, DE, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath town home is located in the charming and quiet development of "Taramino - The Villas of Lewes"​.

Minutes to the beach of your choice: Cape Henlopen, Lewes Beach, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany are just minutes away. A short drive to Ocean City, MD.
I only rent Saturday to Saturday.
Available year round by the week.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Everything about it A

It felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. Communication with the owner was great.The location was perfect. Close to a grocery store, liquor store, coffee spot, breakfast place and family friendly restaurants. Bonus: it was on the bike/walk trail, which made for excellent morning walks. The pool was perfect for us. Plenty of seating and was not crowded.

Summer beach trip with family

Lori is super easy to rent from and very accommodating. The place is super clean and in a great location. The community is quiet and located right off route 1 north bound. I highly recommend this location for a rental!

Great Place!

We had a great time staying at this home! It was the perfect size for my husband and I, with 2 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean, super easy check in and check out process. Landlord was accessible if needed and gave us some recommendations of things going on. Convenient location too! We willl book again!!

Family Beach trip

The online description was very accurate. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Conveniently located on the northbound side of route 1 and not far from Lewes beach (where we like to go). Easy access to the outlets and Rehoboth. Very quiet neighborhood which was nice! I would recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy time at the beaches.

Return Rental to This Holiday Home

We’ve vacationed in the DE Beaches area many times and this was our second time renting this property. Great location right on Coastal Hwy. Easy drive to Lewes Bay beaches and Cape Henlopin SP. Great close dining @ Irish Eyes (excellent happy hour), Big Oyster & Crooked Hammock, Surf Bagel. Even with summer traffic, only 15 minutes to Rehoboth Avenue.You’ll need to bring or rent all your linen/towels…and a sleep mask (bedrooms flood with early morning sunlight!) Kitchen has the appliances (drip coffee/no Keirug) but you need to bring all cooking needs/condiments.Lori’s home is stocked with beach gear, lots of chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Saved us packing space in the car!Comfortable not-to-crowded community pool on property for post-beach dip.Easy access to walking/biking rail-trail.Not enough time to do everything there is to do, but this home is a great base camp!We’ll be back.

Lewes getaway

We spent a week in August at this townhouse. It was close to Lewes as well as Rehobeth. Though we had neighbors on each side, the building was well-constructed and we never heard them. Nor did we hear the highway which was nearby. There was access to a bicycle and pedestrian walkway from the community behind this one.

Condo in Lewes

Well appointed condo with everything you could need for a week away from home. They have a small pool at the complex, which was open and nice to have to just take a quick dip. Guests are asked to bring their own linens; I would recommend bringing pillows also, as the ones on the beds are fairly flat. Traffic on the Coastal Highway is absolutely brutal at all hours of the day, with lots and lots of every kind of store and restaurant crowding both sides of the highway, which doesn't add to the ambiance of the general area, but there is a much lower key route to Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen which host Lori shared, which we took whenever we went to the beach. Actual time to either of the above beaches took 15-20 minutes, which was a measure of the amount of people vacationing here at this time, probably takes only 10 minutes in the off season. Host Lori was superb, with lots of good recommendations and lightening fast communication. Thank you!

A Wonderful Experience!

I have been taking beach vacations for decades now and I have also been a property owner, so I have seen and lived both sides and can not say enough good things about Lori and her rental property. Good communication is important to me. She gave clear instructions to help streamline the paperwork and took the time and initiative to be in touch both by phone and text. She was always available to answer questions and got back to me promptly. She offered good suggestions and information about the area and seemed to sincerely want us to enjoy our time there. The house was clean, lovely and nicely decorated. There were lots of books, games and streaming channels to choose from as well as beach chairs and boogie boards we could use. The kitchen was well stocked and anything we needed was right there. Even the neighbors were friendly and offered to take pictures of our group for us - we were also fortunate to have a Heron (that was at the pond in the back of the house) get in some of the pictures with us! I could go on, but you get the idea. We highly recommend this property and it's owner, the town of Lewes, and all the beaches (Lewes, Henelopen, and Rehoboth) to anyone looking for a great place to gather.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation. The townhome is great, new, clean, quiet, close to stores and with short drive to the beaches and the town. The owner is great and responsive. If feasible, would definitely come again in the future.

Perfect for us

Lori was very available to answer any questions e we had. House was spacious and very well appointed. Plenty of reading materials available, beach chairs and umbrellas. Property is outside the downtown areas but a very short drive (or bike ride) to Downtown Lewes, Lewes Beaches and craft breweries/dining. Pool was quiet and a simple walk from the unit.We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Fantastic Location!

All in one location! Quiet, calm neighborhood with lots to do!! This house is great for adults & children!! So close to all the beaches!! Lewes & Bethany Beach are a must!! Great unique shops!! We went to the Farmers Market and Craft Fair. Also caught the ferry over to Cape May. Lori, the owner is magnificent every step of the way!! My family and I had a wonderful week vacay!!

Great stay

We enjoyed a great week in this rental. The space was clean, roomy, and comfortable for 4 adults and one baby. The space was as described in the listing. the kitchen was well stocked. We especially enjoyed using the pool. The beach and outlets were close by. Lori was responsive and quick to address any concerns or questions. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Enjoyable last minute getaway

I booked this stay as a last minute getaway for my family before the kids went back to school. My husband, our teen children, along with my parents and sister traveled together. Lori was more than willing to accommodate my stay even though it was last minute, and worked with me in being able to book the property through VRBO. She was patient, understanding and was easily accessible via phone. We had a slight hiccup during our stay, but we didn't let it affect the enjoyable time we were having. The property was just as wonderful as it appeared in the photos, fit us all comfortably, clean upon arrival, and about a 10 minute drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and would book again if ever traveling to this area. We didn't want to book a hotel, due to COVID, and this was perfect. We were able to bond, play games, and just have a good time. Thank you Lori.
